I purchased 2 straps for my Garmin watch. My order seems to have been passed to a different supplier to fulfill. The supplier "AGHartland" sent me the wrong straps twice. I have sent all 4 straps back. I have asked for a refund.

Despite providing a tracking number and evidence of delivery the supplier seems unwilling to process it.

I would never order from Fitstraps again after a dreadful experience which is still unresolved.

Ordered 2 straps from Ireland, had to pay €19 in customs before they were delivered due to Brexit which is on me as i knew it was UK site. Just letting Irish buyers know what to expect.

Only issue was only one out of two straps ordered was delivered but thankfully Andy refunded the missing strap in full.

The black metal strap i got was exactly what it says on the tin, i am very happy with quality and fit.

Very happy with Andy and Fitstraps. No hesitation in recommending.

Amazing purchase, speedy delivery and great value for money

Poor paid express shipping never arrived after 10 days chased. Takes days to get response and then still ask same questions still waiting on confirmation of refund will not use again

Good choice of straps. Easy to order and delivered reliably through the post. Needed a new rubber one to replace the metal mesh one which was very smart, but caused serious damage to clothing cuffs as the edge of the strap is a series of hooks which catch on fabric.

Great watch straps. Lovely colours. Leather rose gold is my current favourite!

Awful products. Doesn’t fit watch securely, comes unclipped. Agreed to refund upon return. Allegedly return never received and still awaiting a refund.

Great selection of items on this site - I had been looking for a replacement charger for my Garmin golf watch for a while with no success (Garmin don’t stock them anymore for the model I have) - I found it here. Works perfectly - saved me having to buy a new watch. Good follow up by email from Andy to check I’d received my order and it was ok. It did take quite a long time to arrive (2 weeks) but it was over New Year and I think that was Royal Mail’s fault rather than Fitstraps fault. Fitstraps use the Shop app for tracking your orders but it was useless - even after my order was delivered the Shop app still said ‘being dispatched soon’!

I did not receive the order

Lack of prompt response following only part order received. Still waiting for this to be resolved

1. ordered 2 watch straps , only one arrived
2. got in touch with Andy and was advised that the remaining 1 strap was going to be despatched
3. The Package arrived however the one strap inside the package was the wrong strap. The leather strap is still outstanding.

Normally Andy and his team are very efficient, what's gone wrong?

I am very happy with the straps purchased. There was a problem with the delivery, (not the fault of fitstraps), but this was dealt with very promptly by Andy. I would definitely recommend.

I still haven't received my order nor a reply to my email. Not happy.

A great strap, delivered on time - even between Christmas and New Year. Love the material - softer and more malleable than the original strap that came with my Fenix 6S so it's a more comfortable fit. I also love the colour.

Great service and communication from start to finish

Although I haven't received my straps yet due to a slight oversight on my part, Fitstraps have been great in sorting it all out and I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again.
