Delighted with my Item fits perfectly thank you would order again

I am very unhappy because Although ordered three weeks ago on 20th January 2025 I still have not received my fitstrap and can’t get through to you on the phone and have sent an email with no response and would not recommend you to anybody. Quite frankly quite disgusted.

Quick service, quality product and good value for money

Made an order on 31/12/24 which never arrived. Made contact and received a reply to say it had been posted 03/01/25 and expected delivery would be 08/01/25 and given P.O tracking number. Number was useless, kept saying no information until attempted delivery.
Made contact again and was offered a replacement. No delivery yet again. Made contact again yet another replacement was offered. Yet again No Delivery. Made contact about a full refund of £77.97 and as of this date no contact. Absolutely disgraceful. Definitely would NOT recommend !!!!!

Is being more than a week I haven’t received nothing yet I got a random email that they post them but I never received anything

I have not received this parcel yet and it has been sent out twice it was originally shipped on 20/01/2025, then again on 03/02/2025. Update emails would be a help ie when parcel is shipped expected arrival date text on day of arrival etc. I dont think this was fitstraps fault as they are using royal mail, maybe consider using another delivery company.

Final update on this experience:

The strap was unsuitable as it was too big for my wrist. I followed the instructions and returned the strap to the postal address on the website. However, the returned strap apparently 'never arrived'.
I must advise to steer clear of this company. Read below for full story.

February:

I am updating this review as the strap was delivered today, after nine days. There had been no contact from the company and no reply to two emails during that time. However, I found a email address for refunds on the Fitsraps website and did have a reply today, after the strap had been received, saying it had been dispatched. A clunky experience all around.
Because I have received the item I’m going to increase stars on this review. Original review here:

January:

This is my first time ordering from Fitstraps, and so far I am not impressed. I ordered a strap, money was taken for it, but after six days I have no strap and there is no tracking information about it from Royal Mail, which means it hasn't arrived for delivery. I have now written twice to Fitstraps, with NO reply. This will be my last time ordering from them.

Paid for new Fitbit strap, it has not been delivered .

I haven't received my strap and I ordered ordered it 3 weeks ago. Terrible customer service.

The watch strap I ordered has not arrived after 12 days, and an email I sent 4 days ago requesting an update has not been answered. Not good customer service. Very disappointing.

Great price watch strap, quick delivery, great quality product. Love the colour. Super easy to fit. Would defo buy from these guys again.

These were the only straps with 2 strap holders and they are excellent. I should have ordered the small one, but the large one is fine. Delivery was on time.

Order incomplete. 1 out of 2 items delivered. Slow to respond to my email query. Still waiting for the other strap to be delivered 2 weeks on from the original purchase.

Ordered 6 straps (2 sets on offer) and only received 3 (the cheaper ones)
These things happen BUT I have spent 2 weeks trying to get hold of someone to try sort this out and had NO response at all!
I’ve sent 3 emails, called on phone and used FB messenger to try to reach out and had no contact back! Next step is the bank today, for fraud ! SO disappointed in this company- which I’ve used in the past and thought I could trust 😞

Never received the product despite requesting for the item to be resent or refunded. No communication afterwards.

I purchased 2 straps for my Garmin watch. My order seems to have been passed to a different supplier to fulfill. The supplier "AGHartland" sent me the wrong straps twice. I have sent all 4 straps back. I have asked for a refund.

Despite providing a tracking number and evidence of delivery the supplier seems unwilling to process it.

I would never order from Fitstraps again after a dreadful experience which is still unresolved.

Ordered 2 straps from Ireland, had to pay €19 in customs before they were delivered due to Brexit which is on me as i knew it was UK site. Just letting Irish buyers know what to expect.

Only issue was only one out of two straps ordered was delivered but thankfully Andy refunded the missing strap in full.

The black metal strap i got was exactly what it says on the tin, i am very happy with quality and fit.

Very happy with Andy and Fitstraps. No hesitation in recommending.
