I ordered 3 Fitbit straps from this website in January. One strap arrived after almost a week, but the colour was wrong. When I complained, another two straps were sent but these were skinny instead of the regular width I had ordered. Andy was very slow to reply to emails but eventually agreed a refund if I returned the straps. I returned all 3 together on 16th Feb. Needless to say I still haven't gotten my refund, 5 weeks later. I've emailed Andy 4 times since then and he hasn't replied. Absolutely terrible experience.

I’m still waiting for my item, this seems a little excessive

I ordered a strap for my Garmin watch have never seen the strap and they didn’t even reply to my email really bad customer service

My order hasn't arrived. I have emailed them 3 times now. Even replying to an email that said "we hope you're enjoying your purchase" I have had no response to any of them. Quite annoyed that this company can take your money and not deliver the things you have paid for.
I put a claim in via my bank and they refunded the transaction in 10 minutes and sent me a letter about the refund given and scam/fraud. AVOID

This company is a scam, I placed an order with expected delivery to be 3days later. Nothing has arrived and all my messages and emails have been ignored despite it saying I should receive a response within 24hours. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered a leather strap, received an email to say hope you are pleased with your order. I had not received my order, emailed them x4 times, no reply and still no order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Ordered and paid for two straps for my Fitbit
One arrived . I have emailed them several times and no reply. £25 may not sound a lot, but on a limited budget, it is.

Order not sent out. No reply to emails. No phone number. In about autumn 2024 they started sending out incorrect orders and then claiming not to receive the returns. When I tried to use them in 2025 people weren't receiving anything and couldn't contact them... I asked my bank to do a chargeback and investigate this as fraud. Sadly however these scammers seem to still be in business.

I ordered a new strap on 26 February but as yet have still not received delivery. I have a sent 2 e mails but no response. I am very disappointed as have ordered before and had been very happy with service
Update- as had no response, I have reported to my bank

Very pleased with my new leather strap for Smartwatch - much more comfortable than the plastic ones provided with the watch, & fabric ones tried.
Hope I made the right choice with white :)) but it does look very smart.

Scam company don’t touch with a barge pole. Checked out there “address” nothing there with fit straps name. Sent money 2 weeks ago - nothing- sent e mail - nothing. Hoping my bank will refund me

It took a week to receive the Bushnell charger I ordered which turned out to be incompatible. Was advised that I could return the item and get a full refund. 3 weeks later I have had no refund and all of my emails have been ignored. Do not deal with this company.

Strap arrived within expected time frame.
It would have been good to be informed when it was despatched.

Placed an order 6th Feb. Now on 8th March. Still no sign of delivery. All sale enquiry emails answered swiftly however now that I’m chasing delivery no response from emails or Facebook. Even asked for a refund and never received any response. Had to raise a dispute via my credit card company to receive a refund. DO NOT USE, worst service I’ve ever had with an online company.

Put my order in #181524 paid the money and never received the goods

I received my watch strap in a timely manner & it looks fine in the pack, however I was sent the wrong colour strap.

I emailed several times to ask about exchanging it for the colour I ordered, but have had no response over a week later.

This means I can't use my watch as I don't have a strap & don't want to open the pack, which is frustrating.

I ordered a strap specifically for my garmin and the wrong one was sent to me , I have been trying to get hold of fit straps for a week now , there is no contact number and nobody replies to tell you how to return / exchange / get a refund . Really bad customer service

The service was very efficient from ordering the new strap to delivery. I would be happy to recommend Fitstraps in future.
