When the Mirror arrived the driver said he would need help unloading the Mirror. If I had been an old person this would have been impossible for a 33kg mirror.

Poor customer services,rude. System according to CS doesn’t accept flat numbers and that lead to delivery of large mirror to NO.2 building instead of number 22 and was left to us to fish it out from the good people there. I haven’t yet checked quality or breaks as its still in package.

I ordered some mirrors cut to size for a next day delivery. Its been a week that I am waiting for the products so I decided to call to cancel and ask for a refund. A lady answered the phone and asked for my contact details saying that I would have been contacted soon regarding the issue.
It’s been four days since the phone call and still no answer.
Ridiculous service, very unprofessional and frustrating.

High quality product, good service, fast preparation, dispatch and delivery.

First rate - they are terrific - very responsive, clear guidance when selecting the specification of glass required and delivered by a really great guy. At the end of a very long day he took the time to check out where we would be fixing the mirrors and gave top tips on how to fit them which really helped as we are DIY volunteers refurbishing our sports club.
Will certainly use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
