Highly recommend this shop, staff were very helpful on the phone and organised a quick delivery to help me out. When the appliance was delivered the delivery people from the shop could not have been more helpful.
Will definitely use again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They were flexible regarding delivery/collection and are being very helpful in dealing with an issue with the supplier that is out of their control. It is nice to deal with a small local company.

It was refreshing to have a face to face conversation.I purchased an integrated fridge freezer a washing machine,oven and hob.I found the staff were knowledgeable about their products and this helped me in my purchase decision.My goods were delivered when they said they would be.The fitting was professional,I can not fault this company at all,I wanted to shop local and would highly recommended.

We had a broken dryer button and a whining washer at one of our house shares..... We now have a working dryer and a brand new washer and I didn't even have to lift a finger.

The takeaway and install is tricky at this house but the team got this done easy peasy lemon squeeze and our housemates are rocking and rolling with their laundry in no time.

There is no way that we'd get this service from the bigger boy online, with their ridiculous time slots, delivery charges and insistence on 'someone being at the house'. We get that, but it doesn't work for our business. Fivestar Services does and that why we are back again and again and again!

Fitter made a huge problem in first place by giving wrong advice. This has now been sorted by Ian at Euronics, Cleveleys, and we are very pleased with his choice of the new fridge and freezer. Many thanks to him and staff at Euronics. They have been most helpful in sorting a huge problem out for two ninety year olds !.

What a fantastic company. Rang up Friday and ordered a new TV delivered Tuesday and installed by Ian and Richard who were both friendly and pleasant. They did everything for us even removed the old TV. Very efficient and would certainly recommend to anyone who is unable to deal with big, heavy items themselves. When I ordered over the phone the man was helpful and explained their procedures. Everything was done at the house including payment. Well done would score you more if I could on here.

Friendly and helpful upon delivery

We have just purchased a built in oven from Five Star Services.. The delivery was excellent being only 2 days from order given, the team delivered- unpacked- removed existing appliance and all packaging.. plus installed the New Hisense Built under oven to our complete satisfaction.
The cost for installation was extremely reasonable unfortunately the fitters found a problem with our existing supply and fitted a new oven supply without any fuss and only small extra cost.. what a fantastic Company 5 Star Services are supplied a Sony TV and Soundbar last year again with out any fuss… Thank You 5 Star Services. Will always be our first choice for kitchen appliances.. Hope you fitter is alright with a Nasty Cut to his hand on lifting the New appliancein to place..

Needed a specific size of washing machine to fit into my units so I gave the measurements and they did the research for me to find one that fits perfectly. The engineer who delivered and fitted the washer was very conscientious and did a great job.
