The staff from the front desk and the mechanics were all very helpful and informative about our car repairs, the repairs were completed to a good standard and we are very happy with the vehicle after the repairs.

From my first phone call I knew I was in safe hands - great helpful receptionist Sam made sure I was kept informed. She has a lovely bright personable but professional manner. She called me back when she said she would and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Today I got my car back and it’s as good as new. Very pleased.

The process was nice and easy, friendly staff and all repairs - timescales clearly explained. The repair itself is excellent, the only downside being that as it required the removal of two damaged doors and this resulted in the interior becoming very dusty and smelling of cellulose. Passenger seat had a stain on it too. Nothing a full valet my favourite car cleaner couldn't sort.

Very professional repair done after our car was hit on the rear door. Ben was very quick in getting the repair done and resprayed (4 days) and even helped sort out a hire car. From the moment fix auto recieved the car to the day we collected it, Ben ensured that the car looked like new again. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending FIX AUTO and Ben. This is the second time I've used fix auto uk for my mini. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Being an ex body repairer it's hard to find somewhere that meets your high expectations. Fix auto not just meets them but goes well beyond them. The finish is excellent and the customer care goes well beyond standard to.
