Car accident damage repairs. Excellent all round service, quality repair, regular progress updates from reception staff, car cleaned for collection.

My insurance company first referred me to this company after an accident and I shall never go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and efficient and the car was perfectly repaired in the time frame promised.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It ia always a traumatic experience when you are involved in an accident. The process of having repairs to your car can be very difficult, not with this company.
I was received by staff who were truly customer focused and went that extra mile to ensure that I would be free from worry. This also applied to the mechanics to executed a repair which I must say was first class. They explained during the handover exactly what had been repaired and returned my car in pristine condition.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company as the staff from the front office to the garage mechanics were truly customer focused.

From my first phone call I knew I was in safe hands - great helpful receptionist Sam made sure I was kept informed. She has a lovely bright personable but professional manner. She called me back when she said she would and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Today I got my car back and it’s as good as new. Very pleased.

The process was nice and easy, friendly staff and all repairs - timescales clearly explained. The repair itself is excellent, the only downside being that as it required the removal of two damaged doors and this resulted in the interior becoming very dusty and smelling of cellulose. Passenger seat had a stain on it too. Nothing a full valet my favourite car cleaner couldn't sort.

Very professional repair done after our car was hit on the rear door. Ben was very quick in getting the repair done and resprayed (4 days) and even helped sort out a hire car. From the moment fix auto recieved the car to the day we collected it, Ben ensured that the car looked like new again. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending FIX AUTO and Ben. Made contact very quickly. Very helpful, polite and understanding. Dropped loan car and collected my car as promised. When complete my car was clean and delivered as promised. All in all very happy.
