Fix factor solved the problem with our camera and phone works perfectly now.
Everything worked as expected with the posting of the phone and the return a few days later.
Also, I could have my questions answered clearly on the phone by the very helpful staff.

Once again Fixfactor have to come to my rescue and efficiently repaired the broken screen on my Surface Pro 3 laptop. The first time was shortly before Christmas 2019 when I needed the cracked screen replaced and couldn't find any firm locally who gave me confidence that they could repair the laptop and retain my data (which at that time hadn't been backed up). I sent it off with considerable trepidation to a company that I'd previously never heard of but they didn't let me down and it was returned in full working order just before the Christmas shutdown. On recently breaking the screen again it was a 'no brainer' to send the laptop back to Fixfactor and they haven't disappointed me. For anyone concerned about entrusting their precious laptop to a company they may not previously have come across, I would say don't worry, they have proved themselves to be efficient, trustworthy and reliable. I have now ordered a protective case for my Surface!

Apple told me I needed to buy a new phone as they could not repair the lack of sound and mic on my iPhone 7 Plus. I had almost accepted the idea when I came across fixfactor who seemed quite confident they could fix the chip that had failed. Indeed three days later my phone is fixed and working as new. Daniel from the Oxford Circus made the repair which comes with a warranty so I’m confident the fix is going to last.

Really happy with the service I received from FixFactor. My phone arrived with them Wednesday with a faulty charging port and connection, and returned to me fully working today(Friday). Thank you so much for a brilliant professional service and keeping me updated from receiving the phone to shipping it back.

The technician called to explain there would be some scuffing around the bevel in order to fit the new screen, which was fine as it has a case on it. The screen looks and works as good as new and the postal turnaround was fast and efficient.

Very good service. Easy to speak to them on the phone when I wasn't sure about something. Did a good job and returned my phone when they said they would and safely.

Fast turn around and a new lease of life on my Nokia 7.1

I had a cracked phone screen which needed replacing. They ordered in the part as it's not a popular device, told me as soon as it had arrived at the workshop and I was able to get the phone sorted the next day (could have been sooner if I'd been available). Provided me with all the info I needed and I would highly recommend anyone else using them.
