My Blackberry phone had a new battery fitted and was returned in a week, a very good performance in the current circumstances.

Excellent service! Microsoldered fan back on to MacBook Pro motherboard and replaced broken connector while I waited.

Very responses and kept me up to date all the way through repair.

Fixfactor did a great job in quick time and completely solved the problem, even added a personal note to the phone when it was returned. It's sometimes a gamble doing stuff online, but I would definitely use these people again.

Can't recommend anyone else more than FixFactor!

The original battery arrived next day. I was explained all details. I could sit in the waiting area and read my book during waiting. My phone was ready in 45 minutes. I could not even notice that my phone was opened. Still works properly.

My experience was overall positive. I wanted to have the keyboard of my Macbook Air fixed and a replacement battery installed so I could give it to a friend as a present. Although it took longer than anticipated, this wasn't Daniel's fault. What I really appreciated was that he kept me informed of the delay, why it was happening and how much time was required. This is good practice: being able to manage the customer's expectations. The cost of repair was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend Fixfactor to others!

I wished to replace the battery for my fairly old and unusual phone, which three other shops wouldn't even attempt (it required a fair amount of phone disassembly and reassembly). FixFactor custom ordered in my battery and handled the process professionally, quickly and efficiently. Would do again!

I had a problem with a 2013 iMac running very slowly. Spoke to Cesar on the phone who was very helpful and diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me a clear plan and cost to fix it. I took my iMac in the same day and Martin was very helpful in explaining the repair process to me in a clear and non-patronising way so I fully understood what was going to happen. My computer was ready the next day. When I collected it the engineer who carried out the work was really friendly and helpful. My iMac is like new and runs faster than ever. The price was very reasonable too and much cheaper than other places I called. I would highly recommend Fix Factor and their great team.

Great service and very professional. Despite a couple of issues, these guys persevered with my problem and stuck to the deal with no quibbles. I'd use them again without hesitation.

Great job thanks Daniel. PC Bios battery replaced and lightscribe fixed while I waited. So easy to use their service - book online telling them what you want fixed, turn up with you device and it is fixed quickly. Polite, efficient and reasonably priced. Hope I don't need to, but if I need another repair on a different device, I'll be right back.
