Fantastic service, communication and repair. The strap on my fitbit charge 2 fell off and I was unable to attach one side, having purchased several new straps it was clearly the fitbit. I contacted wefixfitbits and Kristian responded very quickly with the possible issue and a quote. I sent my fitbit off and within 4/5 days (there was a weekend in between) it was back! Turns out the housing was bent. I would always much rather get something repaired than replace and I am thrilled my fitbit was able to be repaired. Highly recommend Kristian at wefixfitbits.

So pleased with service received. My Charge 2 had a badly damaged screen. I posted it 2nd class on a Friday afternoon, and on Wednesday the following week it was back on my wrist actually looking brand new :)

Good communication in update of repair returned within 5 working days. I would have given 5 star but for the cost of £7 postage for returning the item when cost of sending item via Royal mail was £3.35

Very efficient and prompt service. I have had my Fitbit for years and was upset when I lost it in a car park due to a faulty strap. The screen and display were badly damaged after a car had run over it. I found fixfitbits online who gave me a quote. I paid the invoice and then posted the watch. Despite this happening over the Christmas / New Year period the watch was repaired and returned within a week. Very good communication throughout the process. Now as good as new. Very happy.

Yes was all really simple! I emailed with a picture to get a quote and then posted the product to FixFibits and they confirmed the quote and repaired my watch within a week of receipt. It all seems to be working now so I am very pleased

I was a little apprehensive sending my Fitbit away to Fix Fitbits (which I found online). However, I had no reason to worry, they kept me informed throughout the whole process and I had my Fitbit back fixed within a week. My screen was badly scratched due to a fall, but it came back as good as new. Thank you Fix Fitbit!

My Fitbit screen and become loose so I looked on line for repair and I’ve been delighted with the service I received. I was quoted the cost of repair which I accepted and they emailed me when they received it. It was repaired and I received it all sorted out in 4 days. I highly recommend them

Repair of my Fitbit Sense, it had a crack running from top to bottom of the screen, so required replacing. I found Fixfitbits on a Google search, requested a quote which was received promptly, sent my Fitbit Sense to them and it was returned within a week and is now as good as new. Brilliant service, I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, perfect repair of my Fitbit Charge 3. Lines had appeared on my Charge 3, which got increasingly worse, the screen went darker, so I couldn't see the screen at all. I found Fixfitbits on a Google search, posted my Fitbit to them on a Thursday, I received a response from Fixfitbits the next day and my Fitbit was returned back to me, the following Wednesday, less than a week turnaround. The whole of my display screen became detached from the body, I sent it off for repair on Tuesday 21st and had it back by Saturday 25th, what excellent service. I'll certainly use Fix Fitbits for any future repairs.
