Prompt response to an issue - good customer service

I had an issue with a failed transfer…

I had an issue with a failed transfer ticket process and had to get in touch with the support team and they were very helpful. They were able to help me get the ticket that was lost in the process. Now I have all my tickets and excited to attend the event. The agents that helped me were so kind, patient and helpful. I’m pretty happy with their customer service. Once again, thank you so much.

Prompt response and resolution

I had an issue with the app not functioning correctly and logged a ticket. with prompt response I was told the issue had been fixed and to try the app again. Problem solved.

Paid for tickets to an event, but didn't receive them,or confirmation that they had been paid for, I had proof of my purchase, and contacted fixr, they dealt with this swiftly and in a friendly manner, and the situation was resolved.

Resolve issues effectively

Fixr took over the management of tickets from an event that I originally bought tickets for from the actual event organiser. At times it has seemed like the interface between the two companies has been a bit clumsy but each time I have contacted Fixr they have responded and resolved the issue. The people sending emails seem to be polite and friendly
