Had a bottomless brunch booked.
Arrived at 11:30 as per arrival time on booking confirmation to be told it wouldn’t start until 12PM.
Bottomless 12PM-1PM
Food portions were small with three small tortilla wraps that were less than
Palm size.
Inconsistencies between service, some tables favoured more than others.
Tried to contact customer service regarding issues mentioned, event was not sold as seen either as the title event was not played for the first 1.5 hours, 17 days later, still awaiting a response.
They do not communicate with you.

We went to the ABBA Brunch in Dublin and it was genuinely one of the worst event experiences we’ve ever had.

The event was advertised as a bottomless brunch with Prosecco, table service and ABBA-themed live entertainment. What we actually experienced was completely different.

The Prosecco ran out almost immediately. We were told there were only around 10 bottles for the entire event, with two reportedly being smashed by staff. There weren’t even appropriate glasses available we were given water glasses instead.

Bottomless drinks were advertised from 12–1pm, but rather than table service, we had to queue at the bar. There appeared to be only one bartender serving a huge number of people, meaning many people couldn’t actually get drinks within the advertised timeframe.

Food service was a disaster. Some tables waited an extremely long time, some apparently never received their food at all, and when ours finally arrived, it was completely cold.

The entertainment was advertised as an ABBA-themed experience, including a live ABBA duo. Instead, the entertainment was significantly delayed, with a DJ playing for much of the time. The drag performers arrived late, were still testing microphones around 2pm, were not dressed in an ABBA-inspired way and didnt know the lyrics to any of the ABBA songs they were miming

The toilets were absolutely unacceptable, no toilet paper, no hand towels, no soap, and two of the three ladies’ toilets apparently had no toilet seats.

The entire event felt completely disorganised. Staff seemed poorly briefed and gave conflicting information about the drinks, table service and timings.

We submitted a formal complaint to The Brunch Club after the event, detailing all of the above and requesting a refund. We never received any response whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement. The complete lack of customer service afterwards was almost as disappointing as the event itself.

Shocking and a waste of money. Went here for my birthday and the staff were very incompetent. We didn’t get food until over an hour after we were meant to, staff were misleading and confusing and then security took me outside to chat with me about my complaints. Threatened me with being kicked out when my table had spent £550 and they couldn’t give a single example about why I had been rude. I felt I needed to support my guests and I was treated terribly.

Went to a Primary school bangers bottomless brunch on 26/09/2026 in Leeds.

We were all very disappointed with the misleading advertising and poorly ran event.

The event was poorly managed, the lady hosting looked like she hated her job, which unfortunately negativity impacted the event.

She started by individually coming around to us telling us "how to make a complaint if we have one", which immediately brought down the tone.

There was "limited" entertainment from the host. She barely walked us through a few Primary school songs before taking props from us (mid song) so she could leave 1.5 hours before the event time ended.

The host had no idea the start and end time and changed this twice whilst we were all waiting. She was more focused on how much people were drinking, despite it being "bottomless"; rather than entertaining people.

The entertainment finished at 2:30 sharp, baring in mind it only started at 1:30.

The DJ was left as "entertainment" which felt in no way related to the event.

The food was advertised as "Domino's pizza" when it wasnt. Was also very dry and cold.

Alcoholic drinks were very limited, however I can appreciate it was advertised this way, so this point is more feed back than complaint.

The venue was not appropriate for this event. Everyone was spread all over, unable to be involved in the limited amount of singing.

Just for clarification, this is in no way aimed at the venue or their staff, the venue was lovely, in a great location and staff were friendly.

The lady who runs this establishment is a rude , obnoxious woman .her food is vile .i have been to this place 3 times now and each experience is worst than the last .there was hair in my food when it was served and she had the new e to tell me it was mine.well i have blonde hair and the hair on my food was black .the last occasion i went there i had a bad stomach for 3 days .avoid at all costs

I was extremely disappointed with this experience from start to finish. We received a last‑minute venue change via email with no courtesy call, despite having travel arrangements already in place. This set the tone for what became a very poor event.

The food and drink offering was nothing like what was advertised. We booked a 90’s brunch that included Aperol Spritz and Woo Woo cocktails, yet we were served bland, unpleasant drinks that didn’t resemble any known recipes. The advertised English breakfast was replaced with hummus and bread — tiny side portions that were nowhere near a suitable swap. The value for money was terrible.

I tried to resolve the issue before the event due to the menu changes, but the company refused to cancel. I raised concerns on the day and again afterwards, but they showed no interest and didn’t even apologise.

Service was equally unacceptable. Staff acted as though we were drinking from their personal fridge, reluctant to serve and insisting every drop was finished before considering a refill. At the end of the one‑hour bottomless session, they even removed drinks that were still on our table. The whole experience was bizarre and frankly dreadful. The “entertainment” wasn’t worth commenting on.

For the price paid, we expected far more. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Don't bother if it's a "bottomless" brunch. We supposedly had 1 hour of drinks, 40 minutes in still not one drink. Jug finally arrived it was terrible. The food was cold and tasteless. Service appalling, if it wasn't for the DJ we would have walked out. At least he was entertaining.
They need to be better organised.

We went to the Spice Girls event in Adelaide, Australia.

We left 2 hours early.

The bottomless drinks were a joke. We ordered a round for the table 20 mins before the cut off which never came and when we went to question at the cut off time we were told it was too late.

The drinks themselves were watered down cocktails filled with sugar, ice and the other option was a Low alcohol Prosecco

Food was terrible. Cold, barely cooked chips.

The “spice girls”… 2 girls who sang 2 songs while the rest of the music was backstreet boys or other random 90’s off theme songs.

$90 was a steal if what advertised was provided however this is a complete rip off and scam.

Don't bother booking!

They dont play music that go with the theme.

The food is cold.

The dancers are underage and dance around very sultry which didn't fit the theme and was just uncomfortable to watch.

They water down the drinks.

They take your money but give you nothing for it.

And they dont bother getting back to you when you contact them

We paid £50 each for the primary school bangers brunch and the event was nowhere near what was advertised. It was badly managed from the start: long delays, an inedible main meal, and the venue ran out of Prosecco within 20 minutes, meaning there was no bottomless brunch at all. Instead, we were given watered‑down juice cocktails that had clearly been pre‑made and left sitting on the bar. Staff ignored repeated requests for Prosecco while still selling bottles separately for profit.

Staffing was inadequate, communication was non‑existent, and no alternative or resolution was offered. The room was uncomfortably hot despite having air‑con that wasn’t switched on, forcing people to stand outside. Entertainment was a woman reading lyrics from a clipboard, and the toilets were in poor condition with one cubicle having no light.

The only positive was the music, though even that cut out several times due to technical issues. Overall, the event felt like a complete waste of money and nothing like what was promised.

If I could give it zero, I would. They sold tickets to our brunch labelled as a Spice girls boozy brunch DRAG show. It was not a drag show. They admitted to making that mistake but since the pictures didn’t show drag queens and the other shows weren’t drag, they took no accountability. It took forever to get responses back from them. The show was three terrible singers reading from an iPad. The food was horrible and the service was deplorable. They also told me that they aren’t responsible for the venue. So basically there is zero accountability for anything. PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKETS FEOM THEM. ITS A SCAM.

Cold unappetizing food that had been sitting there for 30 min when I arrived, waited an hour for a drink at the bar because it closes an hour after arriving (bottomless drinks is false advertising), plastic cups, rude staff. The list goes on. Waste of time and money - do not recommend. I also emailed them about the experience and never heard back…but not surprised after reading all of these other comments.

Terrible! We went to the Whitney Houston brunch at Biminis in Vancouver. Our group went to a lot of effort to get our kids taken care of, and I feel like the event was completely misold and I’m actually kind of offended. Line ups for drinks were very long, and you couldn’t use drink tickets after 1pm, even though the event had only started at 11:30am. The entertainer was not up to the level I would expect for a paid event. The screens in the space were playing sports and random advertisements as they were using some kind of free YouTube account. Never again, don’t support these crooks!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The event was completely falsely advertised. The “entertainment” was watching 2 girls do karaoke. Complete waste of money. The entire restaurant walked out during our event

Booked a Hannah Montana themed bottomless brunch with friends for my birthday, only to be cancelled via email with no clear explanation as to why. We were offered random alternative brunches at locations halfway across the country from the original event (yes I'd love to exchange a girlie themed brunch in Chelmsford for an emo themed one in Edinburgh!), which clearly wasn't an option. I requested a full refund, went weeks without any response, only to receive part of the money back because booking fees are supposedly non-refundable? Wondering how that's my problem? Basically paid £20 in booking fees to fill their greedy pockets. No brunch, no refund, no remorse, complete waste of our time, useless customer service. Cheers.

Booked the Whitney Houston Brunch for 3 people back in November 2025. The original venue was in the city centre and I booked the train, restaurant & hotel hoping for a great experience.
A few days before the event the venue was changed 6 miles out of the city centre which meant we were unable to attend due to the inconvenience of it being so far away.
I have sent several emails via their “customer service “ department requesting a refund, it has been nearly 2 weeks and not even an apology or confirmation of my complaint. £150 wasted! I would definitely avoid The Brunch Club as once they have your money they’ve got no interest in customer service at all. Shameful!

I paid £45 for a Hannah Montana bottomless brunch at stein house Sheffield that lasted 3 hours. There was only a choice of 2 cocktails and beer…and we were only allowed 2 drinks total for the whole 3 hours???? Nothing bottomless about that. The food was disgusting and the singer didn’t know any of the Hannah Montana songs so we listened to the backing track of her songs the whole time. No not recommend for such an expensive brunch 🚨

Whitney bottomless brunch in Brighton:
They changed the venue to the middle of nowhere with one week before the event! No explanation or apology and would not refund tickets.
Drinks served in plastic cups, terrible food.
The Whitney singer was good, however it was also supposed to be 80s music but the music in between was 90s and not one 80s song was played!
Terrible company, no communication at all and no way to protect your tickets - I would never book with them again.

Absolutely disgusting company took our money nearly three hundred pounds. Booked a hotel five minute walk away from venue. Only to get an email less than a
Week before to say venue had changed to over an half hour drive away from original venue. As a bottomless brunch couldn’t drive and was not happy to have to pay at least £60 for a cab there and back. Tried to contact the company to no response at all. Har had to take up with my credit card company to get the money back, avoid at all costs

Not even 1 star. Attended the Whitney Tribute act at Amex stadium Brighton today and it was absolutely awful . Very amateur . No effort made whatsoever . Just someone wearing a gold dress on a small little box miming to some Whitney songs . The venue was awful , felt like a prison and we had just been let out of our cell into the main hall for a social . It was just awful and not only a waste of money but a waste of my afternoon .
