Attended the primary school bangers brunch in Edinburgh. I felt the advert to be a little misleading. Doors opened at half 11 we had a dj until 1pm. The songs lasted until 2pm and then back to dj until it finished at 3pm. We also found out at 1230pm when the dj announced that we had to use all our drink tokens by 1 o'clock. I received an email about a week before the event asking me to choose our food options. I completed this. However on arrival I was told I hadn't. Throughout the day I was asked by 3 different people what I had ordered. The food was really good but I don't feel it was worth a £45 ticket price

£45 for bottomless brunch, I thought for such an high price it would be something special, very disappointing worst bottomless brunch I have had. Limited drink choices, came in a beer stein glass, just ice and juice smattering of alcohol, first cocktail cherry Bakewell, my understanding of this drink is cherry sourz and amaretto to give it the almond taste, this was simply sourz and loads of lemonade. Food was disgusting, chicken burger and cold fries. I asked for a fresh meal begrudgingly the waitress took it back, was returned with fresh hot chips but the same chicken burger which was now colder and soggy bread. I had 3 cocktails and a crappy meal. Would never go with this company again.

Attended Primary School Bangers in Sheffield on Saturday 11th April.
It was £45, the most I’ve spent on a bottomless. The food was shocking, a dry tiny chicken burger and a small handful of soggy oven chips. The drinks came in steins and I tried all of the cocktails on offer and there was minuscule amounts of alcohol in there, they were mostly pop and ice. The allocated time for drinks was only an hour, most places offer 90 minutes.
The entertainment was fun, although there weren’t enough lyric sheets and most people had to look the lyrics up on their phones.
There’s loads of other venues offering much, much better quality food and drinks for less money. Dreadful value.
Feel very disappointed. I won’t attend events by this company again.

We went to the High School Musical Bottomless Brunch at Motel Mexicana. It was over priced and not worth the money. The venue was run down and dirty. They said 3 times they had ran out of prosecco and kept bringing watered down cocktails in plastic cups. There was a DJ on for an hour who didn’t play any HSM. The food was disgusting. We also had to stand outside for over 45 minutes and then wait downstairs for an hour. Total waste of time and money. I complained and didn’t get a reply.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Firstly, they changed the menu and venue without telling anyone, if it wasn't for the fact I checked the website I would have gone to the wrong place.
Doors at 11.30 with entertainment at 12. We were all stood outside until gone 12.10pm, when we were finally let in the entertainment didn't start until gone 2pm, the 'music' wasn't even the correct theme. Entertainment was supposed to finish at 4pm, they kicked us all out and closed up by 3.30pm. Food was cold, when we spoke to the manager they said they didn't even have a kitchen and it was being outsourced? Gross. The 'bottomless' drinks is a joke. 1 pitcher between 6 people with 1 shot of vodka in, I know for fact this is how it is made because you had to go to the bar to get your drinks! Not even table service. The hour for bottomless drinks was at the same time as the entertainment so you either got to watch the entertainment which was not an hour long as described, or stand in a queue for 20 minutes. Do not waste your money.

Extremely disappointing experience at the Spice Girls Boozy Brunch in Vancouver. This event was falsely advertised on multiple fronts.
It was marketed as a drag brunch, yet there were NO drag performers at all. The show started late and ended early, cutting into the already limited experience. On top of that, only three Spice Girls performers showed up, and a large portion of the songs weren’t even Spice Girls songs, completely missing the point of the theme.

For the price paid, this was unacceptable and misleading. Attendees did not receive what was promised, and refunds or compensation should be seriously considered. I would not recommend this event or company.

Really disappointing experience at this bottomless brunch. From start to finish, the event was poorly organised and not as advertised.

Doors opened around 30 minutes late with no clear communication, which set the tone for the rest of the event. The “bottomless” drinks were then limited to 12:45–1:45, but more guests were allowed in at the same time, meaning the bar was overcrowded and it was difficult to actually get drinks during the time you’d paid for.

There was no table service, which is very unusual for a bottomless brunch and made the whole experience feel chaotic rather than enjoyable. The lack of organisation and communication throughout was noticeable.

The event was advertised as Hannah Montana themed, but there was no decoration or effort made to reflect this at all. The setup felt more like a basic canteen, and during the bottomless brunch there weren’t even any Hannah Montana songs playing, which completely missed the point of the theme.

Food was mediocre and served lukewarm, and overall service was slow. Staff were dressed extremely casually (shorts, tracksuit bottoms, trainers, tank tops), which felt inappropriate for a paid event.

For the price paid, this felt very tacky and nowhere near the standard expected. I wouldn’t book with this company again.

If there was an option for 0* I would have given that! Booked 27 of us to the Whitney brunch in Liverpool. Awful service, drinks orders took ages most people only had 1 cocktail, food cold, staff rude. Singer sang some Whitney songs but didn’t go more than a few foot away from the dj. Complained several times since and had no response! Don’t waste you're money!

Whitney Houston bottomless brunch in Fire, Vauxhall.

We had a great time however… we expected Whitney hits to be played throughout. They weren’t. In fact the DJ only played one hit. There was a Whitney impersonator. Sang around 5 songs then went for a long break and came back for around 5 more. We had a good time it just wasn’t what we expected.
The venue toilets were pretty awful.
The booze was unbelievably overpriced. Even for London!!!
The bottomless was ok but they were slow to bring the drinks out so if you are far away from the bar you won’t get any booze for around 15 mins and then you only have 45 mins of bottomless left.
For the price, bottomless should have been 2 hours.

Went to the nativity and this was the worst experience I've ever had. We were actually embarrassed. We have complained and almost 3 months since the event in December - no response. Disgraceful.

Just had a brunch at Pizza Express in Chelsea, Harriet was a fantastic host!! She absolutely made our night, thank you Harriet!! :) xx

For the amount of money paid the service at the places are terrible, large tables had drinks constantly brought to them but the smaller tables like us weren’t offered close to the same amount. We asked for a drink five times before even one was brought to us and when we complained the man shrugged and said it’s the bars fault. When we complained to The Brunch Club it went ignored, it has been months with no response. Multiple people at the same brunch complained and nobody cares, once you’ve spent the money they couldn’t care less about your experience. Many people didn’t buy a ticket and just came for the for the entertainment for FREE, I would recommend doing that it’s about £50 cheaper!

Booked a 90s Christmas Bottomless Brunch in Sheffield for a works Christmas Event. £47 with booking fees. Received a soggy chicken burger in a bun and in a cardboard box, would expect more for the price. The prosecco was rank, steins of cocktails were ok but only available for an hour and could only get one once you finished the first. So if you’re a slow drinker you ran out of time.
Then began the ‘entertainment’ a drag queen and another dressed up in a Christmas tree running around like she was on something. It was a bit cringey and a struggle to get through, being at 11.30 probably didn’t help. I felt sorry for the Hen Party who looked like they were regretting every minute of being there. the Venue (north all type of place) stunk of wet dog and bleach so was not ideal, and they left people queuing out in the rain.

After reading reviews for other brunch clubs this seems like a common theme, and at £46 you can get so much more for your money elsewhere with nicer food and drinks! Will be avoiding brunch club events from here on! You’ve been warned.

Booked this to celebrate my 25th, £47 each, arrived at a dingy, freezing cold and dark club in Brighton, we were served food in plastic containers which were freezing cold, with plastic cutlery. One of the men working there felt awful for us so ordered everyone pizza for free, but at the end around 4 (so half an hour before we were meant to finish) a member of staff said next to me ‘can we bloody kick them out yet’. We also missed half of the bottomless drinks as no one made us aware it had started, half an hour before it said on the website. We had to go up ourselves and get the drinks, which also isn’t very bottomless brunch. Luckily all the other women who attended were lovely so we had a good boogy and bonded how atrocious the event was! Additionally we also had someone with us with a nut allergy, but no one who worked there knew what to do when I mentioned it (despite me having said that when it was booked). I wouldn’t recommend this at all!! I sent them an email, very nicely, and have been ignored since.

I recently attended a Brunch Club event, and unfortunately it was one of the worst brunches ever. The venue changed at the last minute to a dark, cold and uninviting nightclub which immediately set the wrong tone of what was meant to be a 90's Xmas Brunch.
The food was appalling, served in plastic trays, it was cold and inedible. Felt more like a school canteen sat on cold wooden benches. No table service, instead you had to go to the bar and get the "1 Bottle" we had. Served in cheap plastic bottles. For the price charged, this was shocking.
Overall the whole event was poorly organised, low quality and over priced. Nothing like what was advertised on their website. I strongly recommend avoiding the Brunch Club.
UPDATE: Sent complaint email into the Brunch club on Monday, & unsurprisingly I haven't heard anything back from them.

Stay clear ? Extremely disappointing experience place of venue changed to a cold night club with not a hint of a Christmas due.food was cold and looked raw served in plastic trays with plastic cutlery. Drinks were awful and served in what looked like urinal bottles which ran out before time staff were very apologetic and personally embarrassed paid well over the top for what was supposed to be our family Christmas get together

We attended a bottomless brunch for a 90’s Christmas Party as part of our annual family Christmas gathering. The venue was changed just one week before the event, which was the first red flag. When we arrived, we were shocked to find a dark, dingy nightclub with wooden bench seating and NOT A SINGLE CHRISTMAS DECORATION IM SIGHT. It was absolutely freezing, and there were only five other tables of guests, all looking equally confused.

Things went from bad to worse when the food arrived. It was served in cheap plastic trays, the sort you would microwave, along with flimsy plastic knives and forks, more like aeroplane food from years ago. My vegetarian daughter was given bacon, the sausages looked undercooked, and two of my other daughters didn’t even receive the meals they had ordered. Another table didn’t get their food at all due to there not being enough to go around.

We refused to eat the food because it simply wasn’t safe or appetising. The three staff members on duty were polite and apologetic, but there was no management present to address the situation or take responsibility.

Overall, this was a shoddy, unprofessional company with absolutely no regard for the customer experience. A complete disappointment from start to finish.

We attended the Shrek Bottomless Brunch on 22nd November in Vauxhall, London, and we were extremely disappointed with the entire experience.

To begin with, we did not receive our first drinks until 12:45, even though the bottomless hour was meant to start at 12:30. We were given just one jug between the three of us for the entire hour, and despite returning the jug and asking multiple times for a refill starting from 13:00, we never received another one. This made the bottomless element of the event completely meaningless. On top of that, the drink we did receive was so watered down that it tasted more like juice than the cocktails described in the event information.

The Shrek-themed “entertainment” was also deeply disappointing, consisting only of a DJ playing generic club music with a low-effort Shrek PowerPoint projected behind them. This fell far short of what was advertised and did not provide the themed experience we were expecting.

The food arrived late, was greasy, and did not match the premium price we paid for the event. Overall, the experience felt entirely misrepresented, and we left feeling frustrated, let down, and out of pocket.

Given that we received only a single watered-down jug between three people, despite multiple requests, and that so many core elements of the event failed to meet expectations, we feel that compensation is more than justified.

Scam company! Bought 2 Justin Bieber brunch tickets this time last year as the event was scheduled for April 2025. They emailed me in January to say the event was ‘postponed’ and they would announce the new date soon. It’s now nearly December and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. I’ve emailed a few times, messaged their Instagram page and commented on several of their posts with no response. Total waste of £100…
