Ordered tickets but didnt receive an order confirmation email. Turns out there was a typo in email, but fixr team dealt with it accordingly and I received my tickets in the correct email after a day or so. Thanks all

The service was super quick

Great experience

This was Leyland Round Table first time…

This was Leyland Round Table first time using FIXR for our annual Bonfire and Fireworks event and we were genuinely impressed. The ticket protection is a scam

The ticket protection is a scam, absolutely no point paying extra, you'll just be more out of pocket if you cant attend an event due to illness.

They deliberately make it nearly impossible to get a refund.
