My experience has been good but I struggled to get tickets even when I’ve been online and waiting for 4play. The website crashed a bit but u can make it up to me by giving me tickets from 4play Exeter.

Country Superstars Experience Perth

It was the worst country music event I have ever attended in my entire life, and I have have been for many from Tamworth to Nashville.
We arrived at the venue at 16:00 to be greeted by a DJ belting out what I could only describe as a mix of R&B and Hip-Hop.
At around 17:30 a four-piece punk rocker band comes on stage and belts out some more of the same ear blasting music. In all this time there was one song that was played by the DJ that had any semblance to country music, which was Dolly Parton's Nine to Five.
We left the venue at 18:30, totally disgusted by the so called Country Superstars Experience. We expected to experience a live performance of country music artists. If we wanted to hear recorded music, we could have listened to that in the comfort of my home theatre at no cost with much better sound quality.
I would like FIXR the promoters to provide us with appropriate compensation for the $40 per ticket that we paid.
This was not country music, anything but. Anyone considering purchasing tickets for future events please think twice. See my previous comments.

Millets illuminate trail.

I ordered my tickets for millets illuminate trail through face book. Unfortunately it didn't work as expected. However after one email all was sorted out perfectly. Very impressed with this. Would defonatly recommend to use again

Too long of a waiting period for refund

There was an advertisement that was sent out couple months ago about an event I would think is geared to kids. My daughter got excited and showed me she would like to attend. When ticketed were released she was able to purchase without me knowing . When I received confirmation through her page it is then in fine print said 19plus event .. I quickly contacted customer service .. took them 48 hours to respond to say basically sorry about your situation no refunds . I tried 7 times to explain and ask for a refund I was finally told I can contact the organizer .. well after weeks of waiting for a reply from the organizer I contacted BBB better business Bruiel .. and after Weeks I finally was contacted back from customer service and BBB stating I will be getting my refund and the event has actually been postponed . Customer service emailed me time to time stating they’re waiting for the organizer to connect back .. this should have taken so long in the end I’m happy I got my refund . I will not be going through this organization again .
