Fred came to my house to diagnose the fault with my boiler (he did) he seemed very nice. Recommend on fb and people had used in my village of staplecross.
Asked me for cash for the parts £180 including the £60 call-out charge.
Said he would order parts and fit sat the 20th of dec. parts were delayed he said (meanwhile Iv got no heating or water)
Said he would come and isolate the boiler. Still waiting.
Said the parts would be here Monday so fit 10am Tuesday the 23rd dec (still no water or heating since Friday)
Chased 11am on Tuesday as not turned up. Told me parts have not come and he would come and isolate the boiler Christmas Eve Between 9.30-10am never showed, never replied to my messages or call and has now blocked me.
I am now £180 down with no heating or hot water for Christmas and clearly been ripped off.
I have messages to prove all of this if people want to see.
I have been so stressed and upset and this man clearly doesn’t care about his reputation and has no empathy.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COLD, RIPPED OF AND VERY UPSET)

If you only ever call one plumbing service again, make it FJM.
We were introduced to them when they serviced our boiler for 5y while we were renting, and since we bought our own home, they’ve looked after our boiler & plumbing, and we haven’t needed to look anywhere else.
Honestly, the best you can get; Fred and Pete are hardworking, problem-solving, dedicated professionals, who want to leave you better off every time they visit. Their attention to detail is brilliant, as is the commitment to everything they do. The only additional cost you’ll incur is some extra cups of tea and a chat, which is just as valuable as the service they provide.

Very knowledable and skilled which means you end up with the correct heating solution for your home. Work is carried out with care and in a tidy fashion.

FJM installed a new heating system for me last May. What a fantastic job! The work rate was very impressive resulting in the job being completed in just 3 days. The standard of work was absolutely excellent as was the quality of the parts used. Never seen such tidy pipework, and there was a lot of it. I recently had a problem setting up the boiler heating curves, my error, but Fred dialled in during the evening and night and fixed the problem. Very impressed with Fred's in depth product and technical knowledge. Excellent service from a company that puts service first. Very highly recommended.

Another 5 star visit from FJM. Pete recently came to mend a fault with our boiler, do a boiler service and solve a leaking tap issue. Not only did he do all this, but he also detected a gas leak in our meter cupboard, called the gas board for us and waited for them to come to oversee the installation of a new meter. As ever, FJM were friendly and efficient. I've recommended them to people many times.

A great company to deal with, always helpful and honest with their advice and recommendations. The work is always carried out in a professional and expert manner.

Can not praise this company enough! I received excellent service when needed it, I felt I was treated so well being disabled, customer service kept me informed and when they replaced my boiler it was done so efficiently and tidy you wouldn't know they had been expect for having hot water and a warm home. High quality work, quick to complete, very competitive pricing - excellent as ever. The work entailed amending previously botched pipework and the fitting of a new filter tap system as well as other remedial work to radiators, I could not have asked for it to be less painful and completed to a higher standard.

Brilliant service by fjm plumbing and heating company of Ditton Kent.
Gas Boiler broke down and they quickly diagnosed that the heat exchanger was blocked and seized solid as it had never been cleaned through by the well known national company I had used for years to service it. The fan had also worn out.
Although extremely busy they managed to fit replacement parts during this snowy period and serviced it properly. All working well now with the boiler being much quieter than it’s been for ages and radiators are now hot rather than warm.
Their engineer Peter was very knowledgeable, friendly and tidy.

FJM diagnosed the problem with our central heating system, provided a quote and carried out the repair work - top job!
