Great service, came on time, service completed with no issues and certificate received straight away, can’t fault him.

Horrible service. Very hard to get hold of. Promises call outs and emergency repairs but never turns up. Ignores phone calls and messages. When he does turn up, he will take your equipment with you, so if you are unfortunate enough to use him, make sure your personal tools and and copper is put safely away before he comes. He installed a full heating system and there were multiple, significant gas leaks within a month. Over priced, poor workmanship, and exceptionally poor communication. Ive had to pay extra to get his mess fixed by someone else.

Conned out of money and no repair performed. Left the boiler in a worse condition than he found it.

Boilerman provided an outstanding service — quoted, fitted, and registered my new boiler all within 48 hours! The whole process was smooth and efficient. He worked quickly but thoroughly, kept everything tidy, and even cleaned up after himself. He took the time to explain how to use the new boiler and set up the wireless thermostat for me, making sure I was completely comfortable before he left. Friendly, professional, and reliable — highly recommend Boilerman for anyone needing a fast and quality boiler installation.

Called out this gentleman based on good reviews. Came out pretty quick and charged £150 call out charge which was excessive considering i only lived a few miles away. After checking the problem he said the mother board on the boiler was messed up and a replacement would cost £350. After trying to replace the mother board he said the boiler wasn't accepting the mother board he had and i may need a new boiler which he would charge 3k to replace. 1 hour later called british gas who came and fixed the issue and replaced the mother board for £30. Bad experience overall and the guy definitely over charges a lot compared to others. Be aware!

Repairing my boiler proved to be a complex job, but the engineer was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They tackled the problem with a great attitude, explaining everything clearly. Despite the difficulty, the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend their services. Thanks to Boilerman Leeds, my boiler is up and running!

Landlords avoid this company. Agreed to invoice me as landlord and ended up asking the tenant to pay for gas inspection and boiler repair. Given high price, not worth the hassle. Worse still, their repair didn't work, they hung up on me and now don't answer the phone.
