Flexehag Reviews

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered special leggings and got what looks like dollar store leggings. They were to sculpt and lift and they were not even the same legging. When I emailed them the offered me $10 refund (I paid $50) and keep the leggings. I denied that and they offered $20 or I can return but I had to pay all the shipping etc which would have been more. Will never order there generic crap again.

My order never arrived. I contacted the company via their customer service email several times and never got a response. I order on 1/22/2025 it is now 3/4/2025.

Company is a scam.... dont give them your money like i did

This company is scam artists. Their website says "easy returns" that it comolete BS. You have to jump through hoops then to only be offered a $10 refund - on a $53 purchase. If you turn it down they counteroffer with an $18 refund OR you pay to ship it back. This would cost more than their garbage product. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!

Super sculpted leggings are a scam just to get your money! They are just a cheap pair of leggings you can buy on a Walmart shelf for wayyy less. They will not even refund me my money and I should not have to pay because they were dishonest with their products. The leggings are very thin and look nothing like the adds you see or the pictures on their website! If they want to make it right they should give a full refund! Flexehag is just a big money scam to get our hard earned money. It should be illegal for them to do this. It’s not even worth a return because it’s at their discretion whether or not they refund you for what is being sent back and I will not throw money away and end up with nothing to show for it. MAKE IT RIGHT FLEXEHAG!!!!!!!!

I never write reviews but Flexehag is a complete scam. I spent $36 and they gave me a used pair of leggings. When you try to contact them, they’re in China and they tell you you’ll have to pay return shipping which is more than the price of the leggings. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Save your $$!

This company is a fraud. Send you what ever they want you to have. Will not issue a refund. Will not send what you originally ordered. After email a couple or few times they will block you. So I wasted my money. Please do not buy from this company!! I requested the original M leggings and their response was keep the two blue XL and offered $10. Second time keep the xl and was offered $18. The third time I was blocked. What I received was too big and not the two colors ordered. DO NOT BUY from this company

Nothing like pictured order the leggings and when they came they were toddler sized and not a large at all. They fit my friends 3 year old just barely. Not as pictured- tried to fight for a refund but used Apple Pay and can’t get one!! SCAM DONT ORDER

Do not order from this site.
False advertisement. The quality of the material was cheap, I could have easily found these leggings in Ross.
When I reached out for support they offered $6.00 and then $12 dollars to keep the item and they would refund me the amount above. I declined and they would not send me a return label they told me I would be financially responsible for sending the product back which comes out to almost as much as I spent on the fake leggings they advertised. Do not waste your time. Save your money. They also prolonged the communication so that it would surpass the 30 day window to return the item.

I ordered leggings from flexehag And it was obviously a scam. There’s no white dot on the back like advertised. They stole the commercial, but didn’t edit out that they were from Halara! The phone number they provide comes up suspicious when you try to call and ask you to purchase a global Calling card. The email for support will just come back to you every time with the same information but they do not resolve the problem. Do not buy from them!

They said my package was delivered... USPS said they never delivered it and the tracking number was bogus.. submitted all info to PayPal and the sided with the seller and won't refund me or send me a new order total scam

It took about a month for my package to arrive and I was so excited to try them on only to be disappointed. I ordered two pair of identical leggings, only difference being in color. I received two completely different pair of leggings, different material, different style. They do not have any compression, tummy tucking, booty lifting bands as advertised! Seems like they just pulled reviews for Halara leggings off of TikTok and made an add with them! Total scam! I emailed them but have yet to hear back. Nearly $50 for two pair of leggings, on sale even! Could have gotten the same thing at Ross for $8! I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller.

Would not even give them a one star. Order was placed on 2-06-25 and still has not shipped with no delivery date. Refund requested with zero response

I received two different sizes one small one large I ordered a medium one pair is longer than the other and the quality of them is awful. I would send them back, but it took a very long time for me to receive them so I’ll just keep them, but I am not a happy customer. Please do not order from them. The detail on the website on the leggings are Nothing like the leggings that I have they do not lift your butt up. They’re awful.

Do NOT buy!! False advertisement! They will not send what you order or give you a full refund!! Worst company ever!!

Well this is my second review I’m pissed as u can see from my first review I ordered from them on January 15th an here it is February 20th I still haven’t received my order !!!!!! JERK!!!!!SCAMMERS !!!!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE THESE PPL NEED SHIT DOWN FOR REAL !!!! THEIR TAKING PPLS MONEY !!!!

Just received leggings a month after I ordered. Both leggings were size small when I ordered large and both came in a cheap blue. I ordered 1 black and one navy. I sent an email but based on the reviews I don't expect a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! False advertisement. I wish I read these reviews before I made the purchase. I kept seeing add on my Instagram and Facebook and assumed it was legit. The leggings do not have any "butt lifting" or "tummy control" at all. They are very thin, cheap leggings. I tried calling the phone number they list as customer service on the website, and it is not even in service. I'm not even going to bother trying to email them. Just going to take it as a lesson learned!

Believe all of the reviews! I ordered the sculpting tights and received two pair of tights that I could have bought at Target. No sculpting no butt lifting very thin. Nothing like what is advertised. They offered me a $10 refund I refused. I asked for the address so I could send them back and they refused to offer one. Later emails ended up with contacting the better Business bureau and consumer protection agency. This may take a while but it's worth it. We need to get these false advertising fake companies off social media. Next time I'll Google reviews. Be warned you will not get what you want if you get it at all. And by the way the one stars because you can't give zero or negative stars

The 2 leggings I received are not magical lifting. The leggings are thin that you can get from Five Below or Dollar Store.

Also Flexehag doestn't want to refund my money. They offered to refund me $10 USD from my $45 USD purchase. The Company quickly charge your card but then makes you jump through hoops and stalls to issue refund. It has been 6 days of back and forth emails.

My email to CSR
Hello Lucy,

Thank you for the offer for me to keep the. However, I don't want these. I would never wear these thin leggings. I can get better material that hold at Five Below or Rainbow Shops.

Can we resolve this matter with my counter offer for full refund of the $45 USD for purchase or $22.5 USD half or my purchase? Also NO where on the Flexahag website does it state and make buyers aware and informed that it isn't a full refund. The refund policy does not make buyers aware the Flexehag company will offer a small portion or percentage The website doesn't state refund is offered at a small percentage or decreased about from actual purchase cost.
