Customer Service was outstanding and we felt very welcome.
Although our Agent was very busy and we didn't have a specific appt time she was very gracious and fitted us in with very little delay.

We had been to opposition and had waited 11 days just for a quote and then we went back and waited in shop for 25 minutes and no one acknowledged us until we walked out the door to go to flight centre.
