Sophie was excellent , not only in assisting us with our original booking, but she also went over and above the call of duty and went the extra mile to help in our recent short flight one too. We would have no hesitation in booking again with the Flight Centre and there is only one person we will ask for when we do.

Really good experience with all the staff I met at the Islington branch, but especially Imogen.
I explained my vague plans and a framework itinerary was quickly agreed.
All good till the US decided to start conflict and flights were disrupted.
I was kept informed (outside usual office hours) and helped to find an alternative flight across yo Malaysia. I arrived 3 days later than planned, but was very grateful to get there at all!
FC also helped arrange a hotel stay later on in the journey-again very efficient, making the journey stress-free.
Had a fantastic holiday, everything I’d hoped it would be.
Totally recommend the team there, but special thanks again to Imogen for being so helpful.

Easy to deal with, seamless process

Amidst the disruption caused by current events in the Middle East, the wonderful staff at flight centre located and booked some flights to New Zealand at short notice and then, following a last minute issue, organised their cancellation. They arranged a refund subject to their usual terms and this was credited in due course. All done with courtesy, efficiency and patience. I will be re-booking with them soon.

My travel experience with Iris Duarte at flying Centre in Richmond it was very good. Iris found a very competently flying for me, she was very supportive and give me the best information or advice if something wrong could happens to my flight, thank you Iris for your great service .
