From start to finish, Dylan Harris at DialAFlight was absolutely brilliant! He tailored our trip to encompass all the places we wanted to visit and also made some fantastic suggestions of places to see which we would not have thought of ourselves. His attention to detail was second to none and we felt in very safe hands and confident that he had totally understood our travel requirements.

Our whole trip was made super easy as we could view all our accommodation, car hire and tickets on the very handy, dedicated App.

We would have no hesitation in enlisting Dylan’s help for our next big holiday and we highly recommend DialAFlight.

Our experience was planned, scheduled and organised by Kylie Budinger. Everything went incredibly smoothly. Our flights to Rio, our hotel booking on the Copacabana and our excursion to Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf Mountain were perfect in all respects. Kylie was brilliant!

The service provided by DialAFlight was first class from the initial enquiry through to flight check-in. My enquiry was handled promptly and efficiently, and available travel options were provided impartially. Louie Cranshaw and other members of staff were available to help with queries about the immigration formalities and the dealings with the airline. I have no reservations about recommending DialAFlight to any potential travellers.

We have been booking our holidays through Billy Gardner at DialAFlight for the past 3+ years. He never lets us down and has been able to put together some great long haul flight and hotel packages for us. These have included trips to Thailand via Dubai, where he was able to secure some excellent prices for us in excellent 5* hotels. Our most recent trip was to Lobigilli in the Maldives in December 2025 - possibly our best holiday ever. The speed with which he comes back to us with itineraries - often the same day - is amazing. He is totally reliable, knowledgable and helpful - as are his colleagues. He has worked tirelessly to secure a refund for all our flights and accommodation for a recent trip to Dubai and Sri Lanka which sadly had to be cancelled due to the war.

Last year, DialAFlight's out-of-hours team contacted us directly when they learnt that our BA flight from LHR had been cancelled at the last minute. At 0100 they re-arranged flights for us the following day with another airline.
I cannot think of any other travel company that we have used which would have offered this high level of customer care. DialAFlight is very impressive - even down to how quickly calls are picked up.

We always return to Billy when we are booking our long-haul trips and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Roger at DialAFlight has looked after us now for several years. He has organised flights and transport to parts of Africa and Europe - most recently to Denmark. Argentina is being organised currently. He always finds the best deal with varying options. I don’t think I will ever organise another flight! Why would I when I have DialAFlight and Roger!!

I contacted Dial a Flight on 28-2-26 . I was due to to to Australia to see my daughter for my 70th. The situation in the Middle East had just started . I was flying Emirates.
I spoke to Colin Barlow, who was just amazing he made a difficult, stressful situation manageable. He secured a flight with Air Malaysia, making sure I would not loose money from Emirates. He worked so hard and was in contact right up to getting Boarding passes. Air Malaysia were excellent and he emailed before I came back, reassuring me the flight back was ok. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and hard work.I have told all my friends about Dial a Flight. Thankyou

Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Booked hotels, transfers and flights as we wanted. Answered our questions. Great value especially compared to big name travel companies. We had a wonderful trip to Thailand and so grateful to Peter and Harvey who put together a great itinerary.

Straight-talking and helpful staff who were good at meeting my needs, which involved coordinating flights from London and Berlin to Manila via Istanbul. Perhaps not the most complex task, but I felt comfortable and confident putting the task of folk who helped to organise a memorable trip to Australia in 2019.

The whole booking experience was quick and efficient. Helping to find the right destination (both with regards to country and resort) took personal preferences and budget into account.

My travel agent Dexter at DialaFlight was very helpful when there was a problem with the hotel booking. They organised a refund immediately and also helped with online check-in.

Having this team behind me as a solo traveller meant I had a relaxing holiday at one of the most beautiful and unspoilt Caribbean islands I have ever been to.
