Flight Centre UK Reviews

Very good customer service and the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable

Youssef was very helpful and efficient. Have used Flight Centre number ot times and always been satisfied with the service received.

Kimberley who helped me was approachable and very helpful, followed up on what was needed, found me a flight

Felt genuinely looked after by Sophie from beginning to end. Great service, very friendly, always returned calls.

Really disappointed with our experience this time with Flight Centre unfortunately

Oli Hull was quick to answer whenever I phoned; our plans changed and he was cheerfully patient and saved us hours of stress to find a reasonable flight to NY, avoiding the enormous hikes around a US bank holiday. Many thanks to Oli, I'll never try to book travel arrangements independently ever again - it'll be Flight Centre every time.

Flight Centre take the stress out of booking our regular antipidean flights.
Particularly with Jade Hansen on our side.
She is rigorous in finding us reasonable trips that fit in with our timetables and is mosr generous of her time in doing so.
We are grateful for her support and will continue to book with your Flight Centre for our frequents flights to the other side of the world.

Katelyn was helpful friendly and patient. She provided us with relevant advice and info quickly and efficiently
Will use flight centre again

We were recommended to use Caroline at the Flight Centre, for a complicated round the world itinerary with exacting dates, many flights, preferred accommodations and places to visit with particular requirements along the way. She has been articulate in understanding our precise choices. She along with her team member, Ruth, have been outstanding in their professionalism, accuracy and assistance. We look forward to our trip and will leave a further review on our return. Once again, thanks to a great team. We will be back!

Overall experience very good.
We have booked through Melanie several times,Melanie is attentive and professional.

I only hope my flight and return will be as easy as it was booking with flight centre. Caroline was very efficient and made our booking so much easier as we had several flights to book. Thank you.
