I always use Flight Centre for my bookings. In the past I have made expensive mistakes and learned my lesson. Flight Centre makes travel very easy indeed.

Youssef Elashry worked on a Dublin trip for us earlier this year & today finalised my Australia trip. Youssef patiently steered me through flight combinations, wisely advised on the benefits of comfortable departure & arrival times vs length of stay-overs, at the same time achieving the best price. Also thanks go to Alex Riggs who started this process so well. I highly recommend them both.

Our 2 week trip to Vietnam was made extra special through the use of flight centre. Oliver Hull was informative and helped us put together an excellent itinerary. His support was greatly useful and his knowledge provided us with lots of amazing travel tips. He ensured that we got the most out of our trip by recommending places to go, what to see and adding some lovely restaurant tips. He booked fantastic hotels and made our travel through the country effortless. We will definitely recommend him and use his expertise again. Thank you Oliver.

My initial query was picked by Alex Riggs and he could not have been more helpful. He was able to listen to my requirements, look at various options, talk them through on the phone as well as sending through itineraries by email. We now look forward to our trip to China. Youssef Elashry was excellent throughout our booking process. We were booking a multicentre trip to Australia and we had multiple options to consider, Youssef answered all of our questions helped us make sense of our options and streamline our trip. Sam McDougall organised our holiday to Australia and she did an amazing job. Myself and one daughter wanted to fly to Sydney to visit my youngest daughter who lives there. The hotel in Sydney was situated very near my daughter’s flat and was located near the beach. We wanted to visit Uluru, Cairns and Port Douglas and myself I wanted to visit a friend in Adelaide too. All internal flights were conveniently booked and car hire too. The hotels Sam selected for us were perfect: fridges and small kitchenette in all rooms. The locations were all perfect. Thanks to Sam we had an amazing holiday.

Fantastic experience this week at Flight Centre Clapham Junction. Jade was super-helpful and proactive. She made what seemed an impossible task for me, aranging a trip to Thailand and Australia, and meeting up with my daughter on the way, a pleasant and rewarding experience. I knew I was in safe and competent hands and I can look forward to my holiday, knowing that, if any issues arise between now and then, I can go back to Jade for help. Totally recommend Flight Centre services.

I cannot recommend Alex more. He's been integral in sorting out our flights and accommodation for our trip to Japan in September. He was very patient with our constant changes and revisions to the itinerary and his recommendations have been very helpful. Would recommend him and Flight Centre to anyone looking to travel to Japan!

I have had the recent pleasure of dealing with Youssef Elashry, consultant at Flight Centre (Clapham). Youssef is an excellent communicator and provides friendly, efficent and professional service. His knowledge of the travel industry and long haul travel in particular is extensive and insightful. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to proceed with my booking and he accepted my change of plans with grace and charm, despite the considerable time investment from him. I cannot sing the praises of ALEX highly enough. He was so knowledgeable and helpful booking my flights to Australia. He talked me through all the options and gave me time to process all the information he was giving me. He answered all my questions and was so polite that he didn't even groan when I lost all his emails to me and we had to go back to the start of the process again!

On a journey to southern Chile, I had a complicated series of flights and Alex helped me work out the best and simplest route. He worked hard to make sure I had everything I needed. We had an amazing trip and I definitely recommend Flight Centre for excellent knowledge, connections and support.

Alex at the Clapham branch recently helped us book our flights to Sydney. It was our first time travelling long haul with our baby and he ensured we secured the bassinet seats and were sat together on all legs. He was very flexible and found us different flights when needed. Highly reccomend and huge thanks to Alex.
