We would like to thank Caroline for making the booking of our holiday to New Zealand such an easy process.
This was a one month holiday to take in New Zealand and also to visit family in both NZ and Australia.
From the outset she was enthusiastic, helpful and professional.
We gave her an estimated budget to work to, which she matched in her selection of hotel accommodation and flights.
We did not make her job easy either, requesting many changes to both our travel dates and choice of accommodation and locations. She was always happy to alter and rearrange our itinerary with suggestions as to how our month in NZ and Australia could be best navigated.
She produced a very detailed initial itinerary for us to contemplate and then amalgamated our own requests, interests and family commitments into the final trip and schedule.
Her organisation of all the flights was a blessing made even better by pre-booking selected seats.

We have used Flight Centre before, and Caroline did not disappoint, great job… all we have to do now is take the holiday

I used this company for a short trip to Italy. I needed help with flights and hotels, and the information and advice I received from George Maule was excellent, taking full account of my preferences and worries. I received prompt replies to all my queries, and the itinerary sent to me confirming the final arrangements was clear and accurate in every detail. I had to curtail my holiday for personal reasons and return to London earlier than scheduled. I phoned George, who changed my flight immediately, and within a matter of hours I was on my way back. Throughout the process of organising this trip, George was at all times accessible and efficient, and his pleasant and relaxed manner reassured me that I was in safe hands. I consider the service I received to be exceptional.

Leo Mbiyu In Ealing is an expert on East African travel and offered great advice on travel to Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar as well a Lamu Island. Like other Flight Centre staff. Leo has an attention to deal and can turn things around quickly and is good at optimising for cost. Imagine Leo probably trained at "Top Gun" aviation school. He is certainly my "Maverick" when trying to navigate the skies of East Africa. I thoroughly recommend him, and you can trust his competence and ability to deliver what you need.

We had a 3 week holiday to Vietnam, Bali and Dubai, Jamie organised the whole trip, planes, hotels and transfers. It all went totally to plan, the hotels were lovely and the trip was amazing. Thank you 😊

Vicky at Flight Centre was so helpful and efficient sorting out the best deal for our family trip to New Zealand and Australia with a stop over in Hong Kong. She gave me different options to choose from and it was never too much trouble for her to make the changes I needed. We went on a 6 week holiday with 12 of us all organised by Jamie Bawn and I have to say every single part of the trip was amazing 4 countries 8 flights all went without any problems, would 100 percent use Jamie again

He was great to deal with throughout the process to advise and book our flight tickets to Australia. He was always good to his word and communicated with us on the phone and email to ensure that we booked the most appropriate flights at the best price.
