After a frustrating few days trying to book tickets to Australia and failing to navigate the on-line jungle, we contacted Flight Centre UK. Within a few hours Chris Watton was in touch with clear options. One included a surprising bargain of Business Tickets with Etihad. Everything was sorted in a few hours. Chris was courteous, patient and reassuring. This was extraordinary service which we highly recommend.

Very excellent service and professional it was so easy to communicate to the staff especially Sophie Witham who was very polite and helpful

I have problems understanding the intricacies of flight booking , recently I was not allowed to board the flight because of a spelling mistake in my ticket! It was then I decided to hand it all over to Elliot , he guided me through everything, quite gently and with caring thought. I will not book another trip without him .

I asked Caroline at Flight Centre for some quotes to certain hotels and flights to Aruba.
She was really helpful and gave the information I needed.

A friend had recommended flight centre to me and I was glad they did. Jade (Clapham branch) did a fantastic job when booking my flights. She was quick to research and was thorough in looking at all the options. She listened to all my questions patiently and gave me some great advice and was generally easy to talk too. In the future, I will definitely be using flight centre again because of this.

I made a enquiry about flights to Bali and spoke with Chloe Hughes. She was so friendly and helpful. Chloe found a route and airline that not only suited our needs it was cheaper than anything else I’d found online. She made the process so easy and reassuring.

My travel agent Caitlin was so helpful and knowledgeable. She found several flights for Sydney and patiently helped me to select the route and time that best suited me. She was available on the phone and in person at the Flight Centre. She also offered further help for checking in if I need it.
