I booked my Canada trip with Lila Dean from the Broadway Sydney store. Lila was extremely thorough and helpful booking all my flights, hotels, tours, Rocky Mountaineer rail journey and providing advice on places to visit. I highly recommend Lila for her excellent assistance.

We are long-standing Flight Centre customers. Our fabulous person is Alice Fisher. I enquired by email to Alice about flights Sydney Melbourne return and a hotel in Melbourne (little job). Alice's ooo auto-reply advised she was away and provided an email to her Team. I forwarded the email and Alicia Joshua responded very promptly with quotes. Our business was complete after just 3 emails. Alicia was very courteous and helpful and made it easy for us. And Alicia attended to it as if it was a huge booking.

Matt was very helpful in lining up the flights with the dates and reserving the extra leg room seats.

The person who helped us, Juraj at Broadway, was extremely helpful. He understood exactly what we needed and could make suggestions that worked for us. We needed quite a lot of advice and he handled all of it, made it into a comprehensive list so we could understand it and see exactly what else we needed to do or not do.

Dane has been so helpful and accommodating for my upcoming trip! He has consistently kept us up to date and is prompt with replies.

I have booked with Todd at the Broadway shop a few times and always find him to be helpful. Nothing is too much of a hassle. His recommendations for accommodation or alternative itineraries is always spot on.

Matt Holden (Agent) is always quick and efficient and patient with my changing plans, while we lock in the ideas....I can also do a lot of the process by email, so it's underway when I think of it. Makes it so easy.

From suprising me somehow with birthday cakes and cards at a Rural Tohoku hotel, to getting me emergency accommodation during a typhoon and more. Matt is very knowledgeable about our destination, Vanuatu, so we had expert help in booking both our flights and our accommodation. We also received useful tips for further travel once we are there. We have used Matt before, and it is always a prompt and pleasant experience dealing with him.
