Christie was fabulous. So friendly and helpful. Very accommodating with changes I requested. This was my first experience with Flight Centre and won't be my last.

We were greeted upon entry of the travel agents.
Renee became our representative, which she did with professionalism, and pleasant mannerisms.
We had lots of questions which Renee answered in detail. As a couple in the older generation and the many changes to international travel, Renee took all that pressure off us, and did much of the preparation for us. Definitely will be back for future travel.

We always get great service doing our holiday bookings with flightcentre, we always deal with Renee from Browns Plains,who gives 100% in arranging all our needs from flights,hotels and cruises, she always shows us different options regarding seating on flights, to where hotels are located from cruise terminals
