Mel Trani, at Flight Centre, Bundaberg, has done it again. This time she has helped us with a 14-day Croatia cruise in 2027. We have found Mel to be great to deal with on previous occasions as well. She is very efficient and knowledgeable, never flustered, and is great at detail and follow up.

The next booking at the shop front was efficeint, saved me money n much easier than the online, competitive and face to face will bring me back to my local office. I like the face to face more.
