I am so tired of waiting for my refund…
I am so tired of waiting for my refund from Flight centre Busselton it's been more than a few weeks now, I have contacted Amy and the staff on a number of occassions with no response. As a paying customer It's appalling and won't be using them again, seem they like to hold onto your money, it's like getting blood out of a stone for your entitled refund! 😡

I’m sorry to hear about your experience, we completely understand how frustrating the cancellation and refund process can be. For refunds, we do need to wait for the supplier to return the funds to us before we can process them back to you, and due to the current world events, there have been delays with airlines processing these due to the increased volumes, and these are sitting around the 12 week mark.
Our team will be sure to reach out as soon as we have received these funds from the airline, to ensure these can be returned to you as soon as possible.
