I had a fantastic experience with my Flight Centre Travel Agent, Peta. She worked with me to organise and book our trip within 5 days, making the whole process stress free. Peta was extremely efficient, responsive and was always available whether via email or over the phone. I really appreciated that there was no hard sell or pressure to purchase any unnecessary extras. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. My travel documents didn’t arrive in the mail on time, Peta contacted the Flight Centre at my local airport and had arranged for them to be printed for us and we collected the morning of our flight. Our trip was perfect without any hiccups, highly recommend and will book through Peta again.

Had a terrible experience with Flight Centre 2 years ago and vowed never to return. Move forward 2 years and approached Flight centre for a comparison fare. Had the pleasure to speak with Pascal from Perth and he was amazing. Not only did he restore my faith in Flight Centre as a travel expert , but Pascal went beyond what I expected and made sure those 1% items that make a trip memorable were locked in place well before we travelled. Pascal arranged our airfares , multi class and multi stop.. Then we had Pascal arrange our cruise fares where he found discounts that we didn't know existed. He also made himself available throughout our 2 months away when we had questions . Service level was 6 star .... I can guarantee we will be back

Peta is very pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Her knowledge was extremely helpful as this was the first time we had booked a trip with train trips involved as well as air.
