We were one day flying out to our dream holiday to Iceland . Then the Middle East eruption happened . Qatar was grounded.
Wayne from Robina QLD Flight Centre was amazing searched and sorted new flights ensuring that refunds were in place from the previous flights that were booked privately. He made us feel comfortable and re assured us that the trip will be amazing , fully informed of the new airline we were about to fly Chinese Eastern which were pretty good. Double checked everything. he followed up with etickets and printed versions.

Everything started off fine until the person I initially enquirer with wasn’t there, the store manager Sam just made mistake after mistake after mistake, she just didn’t listen. She was too busy chatting and laughing on the phone to someone else to bother even saying hello, it was up to me to say ‘hello, anyone there?’ the rude and entitled attitude was quite a shock when I queried unexplained charges. The many payment texts with very little information ended in yet another mistake not being able to be seen. This mistake cost $757 to which Sam refuses to take responsibility for, even after review of a recorded call. This will be bought up with management and dept of fair trading as soon as possible.

This is the second trip we have worked with Sam. She took the time to present and discuss options and worked with us to tailor a great itinerary. She is clearly experienced and understood our travel needs and preferences. She is very supportive and we have confidence in her guidance and organisation.

I have been booking my cruises direct with Princess but felt I needed more help than just a call centre. I had registered with Flight Centre online but decided to call into Flight Centre at Robina and spoke to Jordan. He was extremely helpful, friendly and obviously good at his job. He checked the cruise I wanted, got me a good cabin and even gave me a travel insurance quote. I went home happy that everything was done but decided to do my own travel insurance quotes. I could beat the price Jordan gave me but felt I didn’t have enough details so decided to accept his quote. He never rushed me and I left feeling I’d found a very good travel agent and so local for me too.

We dealt with Jesse H from the Robina branch and he is GREAT! He walked us through everything that was needed and organised what is going to be an amazing trip and the whole process was stress free! Excellent communication and phenomenal service.

Kiri is amazing. We went to see her not knowing where we wanted to go. She spent ages to get us a good price and we settled on Singapore/Phuket for a fantastic price. We even got tickets for the zoo in Singapore. Kiri is very friendly and easy to talk to. We will certainly use Kiri at Flight Centre again.

Jo was very good and patient helping tailor a perfect holiday.

Nat Nelder was an absolute star in planning my upcoming honeymoon. Not only was Nat incredibly efficient, she was kind, understanding and patient (I had ALOT of questions!!) Nat took all the stress out of planning the trip and made it all so easy. Absolute 5 star service and an incredible deal to boot. Will definitely look to utilise Flight Centre for future trips!

The representative on the shop are nice and friendly people. I feel comfortable on talking to them about my trip.Jo is such a calm and a sweet person to talk to,,Thank you for that . I will be back and look for you always.

We had an appointment to see Jordan at Flight Center so we went in sat down & proceeded to look at some travel plans, while I was there I started flushing then I started getting a rash on my arms then the rash started to travel. As I went to stand up I felt very light headed & as I got to the door someone got a chair & put it under me as Im sure I would have fallen at that stage. I lost all touch with reality at that stage. To say the Flight Center, Center management, Security, Price Line Staff were all absolutely amazing. I really cant thank them enough for the love & care that was shown to me in my hour of need. I do need to Apologies to the lady with no heart at all for interrupting her day but I do hope something like this never happens to her. The Ambulance Staff were also absolutely amazing my hour of need will forever hold a special place in my heart... THANK YOU ALL so very much

Booking our European holiday with Flight Centre was made so easy especially with Jo Reason who listened to what we wanted and has made an itinerary that suits our travels. Jo explained everything from flights, cruises and accommodations that we will need while away, we had options on everything , we are so excited and can’t wait for the day we leave, I would highly recommend Flight Centre especially at Robina and of course Jo Reason .
