The professional, kind and trustworthy service that I experienced from Lizeth du Preez from your Pretoria branch was truly remarkable. She has been my flight attendant for many years through which her help was always excellent. This year I confronted her with a last minute urgent request for a domestic trip during a weekend. She came through with exactly what I needed in terms of flights, seats and the necessary assistance as a last minute request. I failed to complete my business and had to change the return flight. Lizeth helped me on a Saturday afternoon and even the Sunday morning to finalize a change of flight. Her professionalism, efficiency and the kindness she showed to assist me completely out of office hours has been overwhelming. Thank you Lizeth for being a star!

Amazing service

Hats off to Carmen Coetzee for arranging a great holiday for us to Zanzibar. I told her what we wanted and she organized our trip with such professionalism. The hotels, airport transfers and pre- arranged excursions were all seemlessly executed.
