FlipBuilder Reviews

This has always been a great company to deal with. Customer Service is always quick to respond and very helpful.

Very fast answer and solution to my problem, thanks!

I have been working with this tool for years. It is such a big enhancement for our website!
I have had one issue with the app not working after an update and it was resolved by the team within 24 hours on a weekend.

Working with FLIPBUILER has been a pleasure for years.
This “tool” allows all kinds of searches through encoded data.

What's more, the support team, especially Ashley, although located on the other side of the world, and despite the different schedules between us, the clear and precise answers are received very quickly.

THANK YOU

Quick helpdesk response... Even on Sunday 🤩 love this app & helpdesk!

Dịch vụ tốt, hỗ trợ nhanh và chính xác.

Perfect Software.
Great Support.

A great programme and a perfect support by the Flipbuilder team. Thanks a lot

After flipping computers I had a terrible
time getting the software to boot up properly. A couple back and forth emails with Ashley and I was all set- she was great!

I first bought Flip Professional in 2017 - then for personal matters I stopped working. When I opened it again a few days ago, it didn't work. I had a very quick and successful help from the support. I thank you them for having my problem solved so quickly.
And working with Flip Professional is such a pleasure

The service is fast & friendly – excellent!

I've been using Flip Builder since 2021, and both the program's features and the fast, responsive helpdesk have shown me what a great choice I made. During the challenging period of COVID, their support allowed me to digitize my foreign language books and elevate them to a new level. This program is much more than a simple flipbook tool – with its wide range of features, I could integrate it with other software and add interactive exercises to my books. My deepest thanks and appreciation go to the Flip Builder team!

Great software, very intuitive and output just perfect. Also technical support is fast and very cooperative.

Very helpful and a quick response to resolve my problem

Extremely fast and efficient support.
- even on a weekend day.
I had a trivial problem registering my license.
My support ticket was answered and the problem solved within a very short time.

I found FlipBuilder in March of 2017, seven years ago. I was looking for a program with stability, that was going to be around indefinitely, with a dedicated approach to maintaining an iCloud archive. Over the past seven years, I have created 636 Flipbooks. FlipBuilder is one of the top five programs on my computer and I can't imagine not have it. Anyone in the Design, Website or Publishing business, needs to take a serious look at adding this amazing software to your production and become, not only a designer, but a self publisher. Ed Craig

Needed to switch to a new computer and switch my license. Ashley made it seamless, very attentive and fixed first exchange. TIA!

FlipBuilder is an amazing tool for creating interactive digital publications. The interface is user-friendly, and the results are professional and engaging. Highly recommend for anyone needing to convert PDFs to flipbooks easily!

I had a problem with the rendering between the browsers. In Safari the rendering was very bad, also in Chrome the rendering was not so nice. Only in Firefox was the rendering correct.
I asked the support if there was a way to standardize the rendering in all browsers?
The very friendly support responded immediately and promised to discuss the problem with the developer. Two weeks later, the problem was fixed. There will be an update on this shortly. Many thanks for the great and friendly support.
