I wish to give a shout-out to Ashely. She was very helpful in the entire process in helping to troubleshoot the issue of not being able to open the Flip Pro software. Thank you very much for helping!

Ashley helped me out with great service! They handle any and all issues you may have very well!

The system isn't straightforward, and sometimes you have to contact customer service. All the better that they provide results quickly and personally. It's nice that it still works without bots.

Simple to use, with excellent support and quick response times.

Ashley was super helpful and VERY quick to get a response to me about the issue with my registration code. We have been hosting with FlipBuilder for many years and she has been the best!

Excellent customer support!
I had an activation issue with Flip PDF Plus Pro and the support team (Ashley) resolved it very quickly. The response was swift, professional, and helpful. Everything is working perfectly now. I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend FlipBuilder.

I had an issue with my FlipPro Plus license because the activation limit had unexpectedly been reached, even though I was still using the software on the same two computers as before.

The support team responded almost immediately despite the time difference and quickly resolved the problem. They were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.

Thank you for the outstanding service. It's reassuring to know that such reliable support is available when needed.

die Basis ist Word = auch für nicht so versierte User zu schaffen. Die Umwandlung (und ein wenig Optimierung mit Bildern usw) ist simpel = perfekt

Great software and great customer service service!

I have used this software since 2017. It is makes it easy for someone like me who has very little knowledge of computers. The software is pretty comprehensive and the page turning is quite realistic. It is based on a PDF input and I make it more interesting by inserting photos, videos and music. I had a problem with my licence code and received a reply within 24 hours.

Ashley from FlipBuilder is absolutely terrific! As we're based in Australia, getting support from overseas companies can sometimes be challenging due to time differences, but Ashley is always responsive, knowledgeable, proactive and a pleasure to deal with.

Every interaction has been efficient and helpful, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. It's refreshing to receive such consistently excellent customer service.

Thank you, Ashley, for your ongoing support. You're an absolute star!
