FlipBuilder Reviews

I had an issue of registering my product, and they were quick in their response and assistance, and I had me using the product within the hour!

We've used Flipbuilder for several years now. Love the ability to create flip books and have them hosted. Never had any problems and would recommend them to anyone wanting to create flip books.

I’ve been using FlipBuilder to create interactive flipbooks for my business, and I’m very happy with the software. It offers many useful features and allows me to create professional-looking publications with videos and interactive elements.

What impressed me the most is the customer support. Every time I had a question, the team responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine willingness to help. They took the time to provide clear solutions, which made the whole experience even better.

If you’re looking for reliable flipbook software with excellent customer service, I can definitely recommend FlipBuilder.

I love FlipBuilder. I believe they are the best provider of flipbook software compared to others I have tried. I appreciate that their software is continuously updated, which helps it improve and function optimally. My experiences with their customer service have always been excellent whenever I need assistance.

I've been a Flip Builder Plus user for a few years, first through a communication agency and then as a freelance graphic designer.

It's a comprehensive solution that allows you to create highly customized flip books, which are a great way to illustrate a number of different publication projects. Moreover, it's a pay-once-own-forever license, which is not that common anymore in software solutions.

I recently had a problem with the program's activation process, due to a computer upgrade/format, and Ashley from FlipBuilder Support solved it immediately.

Vielen lieben Dank!

I have noticed that a flip book I added to a website was not displaying correctly on a mobile phone, so I submitted a ticket to the help desk. Ashley contacted me promptly and provided helpful and correct code to fix the issue. Great service. Thanks, Ashley.

I am very happy with FlipBuilder and have had a great experience using the software. When I encountered an issue, I was connected with the support team inmediately. Ashley provided excellent support throughout the entire process. She was responsive, professional, and very helpful in identifying the cause of the issue. Her guidance was clear and efficient, which helped us resolve the problem quickly. Thank you for your great assistance and dedication.

I have used the service for years and had an issue logging in. Ashley took care of it quickly and I'm able to continue to use the service. Well done!

I have been using a Flipbuilder product for many years now and have seen a lot of progress in the easy of use. I presently use it for personal use only. For several years I used it to store project files for myself and for my customers. I was able to give them a complete history of the construction project. This included a photo history and with all the reports, invoices and other paperwork. I also use it to store all my income tax records in a neat and orderly manner. I have one tax audit done many years ago. The 2 hours meeting was over in less than 40 minutes and the auditor was impressed with the ease of access to all relevant files. I have had a few minor problems with it, mostly with my thought process on its use.

My main contact has been ASHLEY and she has resolved my problems effectively and efficiently, usually withing 24 hours.

The service works well and is easy to use plus technical support is excellent should any help be needed - highly recommended

We have been using this software for over 18 months. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and provides an outstanding solution for our catalogs, offering our customers a seamless, professional viewing experience.

However, what truly sets them apart is their support. Ashley is an absolute gem in the software world. She consistently provides world-class service—always fast, clear, and professional. It is so refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about their clients' success. I cannot recommend this software and Ashley’s exceptional support enough for anyone seeking top-tier solutions and reliability

J’utilise FlipBuilder depuis plusieurs années. Grâce à ce site j’ai pu réaliser très facilement des e-Book qui me permettent de transmettre mon expérience chirurgicale.

It's a great app. Have been using it for a few years now - intuitive interface, easy to use. Needed to refresh the license after updating my computer system and the customer service was very responsive.

Fast and efficient response by Ashley.

I recently upgraded my OS, and the registration of my copy of FlipBuilder Pro was lost during the process. Ashley responded rapidly to my request for help, provided the necessary information, and the program was restored to full functionality without losing a single day’s productivity.
Thank you Ashley
