FlipBuilder Reviews

The software itself is perfect for me. Thanks a million for the super fast response of their customer service! I had a small problem with my background photos not showing, only on the server version.I sent a request, gave them the link to the published site. It took only minutes until they told me that there was a permission setting problem on the background file itself...
I corrected the permissions, all is well now.
Perfect support for me, thx again.

merci encore pour la rapidité des solutions apportées.

Quick feedback. Super quick and effective reply. Ashley solved my problem immediatley. 5 stelle tutte meritate!

Flipbuilder Pro was exactly what I was looking for. We had a special project that required being able to put video and audio into a "book" style presentation and FBP did just that. Practically had a zero learning curve too. After installation the software was immediately able to be used. The menus are all self-explanatory and very simple to navigate. Best software in a long, long time!

This is without doubt the most useful software I own. The support is instant and truly helpful although to be fair I have barely needed it as it all works so well.

I have used Flipbuilder for in excess of 7 years. I initially trialled it and found it so good, decided to purchase it. One of the BEST decisions I have ever made. Being a novice when it comes to the computer, I have found the program very easy to use and it produces an amazing result. Has so many features to make the flip book your own. Would highly reccomend this program, Customer service is fast, if one ever needs it.

Very supportive Customer Service.

I am an author of Punjabi language teaching resources. I have been using FlipBuilder for about 8 years. I have been really happy and satisfied using the platform. It is quite intuitive and straightforward. If I ever run into an issue, the response from FlipBuilder Helpdesk is quick and appropriate. I especially appreciate working with Ashley. She has been consistently supporting me over these years. She is thorough in analyzing the issue I face and then a solution. She makes it absolutely clear with attaching images to resolve my issues. My customers love my flipbooks. Thank you FlipBuilder! Thank you Ashley! I hope you will continue to help me.

I purchased FlipBuilder many years ago. The ability to export as WordPress plugin is awesome. I am upgrading to Pro because of the robust multimedia tools included. Animations, video, click actions, and more. I have other software that overlaps the functionality, but FlipBuilder is more intuitive.

This is an amazing application to publish online brochures. Easy to use and very good price-quality.
The service is 100% perfect. After creating a ticket for help I received a quick response and my issue was solved within minutes by Ashley. Thank you!

Have been used Flipbook Builder for more than 10 years. Recently I found Flip PDF Pro version provides multimedia functionalities.

Now I got latest version of Flipbuilder Pro. and am exciting to journey with it.
I am quite sure to recommend Flipbuilder products with my long experience.

FlipBuilder support is always very responsive in solving any issues I experience... which isn't many! Ashley quickly resolved my issue with registering an additional user, and now she is back in business!

Fantastique ! Encore MERCI 🫶🏽
