Very comprehensive app with excellent support.

O apoio ao cliente é muito bom. Rápido e de solução imediata além da simpatia

I can’t say enough good things about the tech support I received from Ashley. She was lightning fast, extremely thorough, and went above and beyond to solve my issue. I was struggling to get a Vimeo video to embed properly — something that took me hours to troubleshoot on my own — and not only did Ashley respond quickly, she actually wrote the exact embed code for me.

It worked perfectly on the first try, and saved me an enormous amount of time and frustration.

This kind of support is rare these days — FlipBuilder is lucky to have her, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help. Absolutely five stars across the board!

I had not used the software for an extended period, and upon requiring it again—following a system update—I discovered that my registration was no longer recognized. Regrettably, my original registration code failed to reactivate the software. I contacted customer support, and I was most impressed by the promptness and efficiency with which they addressed my issue. The quality of both the support and the software is truly commendable. My sincere thanks.
