Magique ! Merci Ashley

I had a problem with my software for the first time in years, which required me to re-enter my license key because I updated my operating system to Windows 11. FlipBuilder is an excellent tool for creating professional digital flipbooks. The platform is easy to use, powerful, and reliable. What truly stands out is their 5-star customer support—fast, friendly, and very helpful. Special thanks to Ashley for her outstanding service, patience, and professionalism. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Ashley has helped me promptly on many an occasion when the program wouldn't work, top tier customer service!

Efficient fast reply & response when you having some glitch.

Ashley and team - super service. A recent update resulted in the TOCs not rendering when using the Active template. Ashley responded to my issue immediately and arranged a patch to correct the problem within a day. Amazing customer service!

Great product and easy to use. Plus, FlipBuilder's support is fantastic! They are very responsive and helpful.

Great help by Ashley... License code didn't work after update and new MacBook M5. Contacted Flipbuilder and got quick reply and solution! 👍🏻🔥

The software is working fine for my use case. Furthermore I appreciate the responsiveness of the support.
Due to hardware change my license stop working. Within 24 hours the issue was fixed. The re-registration was taken care off by customer support.

I had a problem with my software for the first time in years, which required me to re-enter my license key. I needed this urgently because I had to create an e-magazine for an NPO that contains crucial information for its donors. I expected a delay in a response, as is the norm with time differences (I am from South Africa). I was delighted to receive an immediate response with a solution. I was able to reregister my product for free in no time. Thank you to Ashley at FlipBuilder!

Purchase and download of the flipbook software was simple and intuitive. The software did what it said on the can but unfortunately I quickly realised it was not what I needed. I requested help for a refund and whilst their customer service tried to address my problem they quickly agreed that the flipbook programme was not what I needed. They arranged a refund within a couple of hours. So whilst the flipbook software was not what I needed I was left with a positive experience due to the effective and timely assistance of their customer service.
