I've never had a plumbing issue in my house, so I don't know if it works or not. I've run tests and it did what it was supposed to do, so I guess that's a good sign. I installed version 1 when I built my house in 2001. A few years later, it just died. I replaced it with version 3. It wouldn't work. Customer service was able to help me find a loose wire while I was under the house on the phone with them! I re-attached the wire and everything booted up as it should. in 2012, we had an ice storm that knocked out my power for about a week. When the power came back on, I checked the system and found the battery was dead. I replaced it with a battery from FloLogic. A year later, that battery was dead. I replaced it with a battery from another source, A year later, that battery was dead, as well. A dead battery wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that when the battery dies, the system won't work at all. I contacted customer service and was told that the battery is actually the primary source of power and that the AC hook-up just provides a trickle charge to keep it charged up. Funny thing is, the included paper work and the website both refer to the battery as a "system battery for back-up power in the event of loss of A/C." So which is it? All I know is, right now there's a dead white box on my wall that will stay that way until FloLogic comes up with something better because I can't keep throwing money away on $35.00 batteries.

This is a fantastic product that every insurance carrier should require homeowners to own. It will save you from thousands of dollars worth of damage if you ever have a water line leak. It senses a consistent pressure drop for 2 minutes or 20 minutes depending on setting and then shuts off all water. It also helps find running toilets and dripping faucets. I have one in my primary home and one in my vacation home. It would be the first install in any new home I were to purchase. It maintains itself. Just change battery every 5 years or so.

Flo works for us. we discovered side options and looking for updates or more tricks to by pass when needed. we like the product and what it does. we also tried to pass on but $ seems to be an issue. drive on.

The FloLogic leak detection system seems like a good product. I started with version 1. Yes it had a few problems. I then purchased v2. I have yet to get it installed (after several years!). As a senior citizen, finding the funds to have someone install it has not happened, and I have not had the ability to do so myself. So it sits on a shelf. In all this time, the company has NEVER contacted me about this product, to even find out if I had it installed.

The FloLogic system is excellent: well built and very dependable. The customer support from this company is also very excellent.

I bought the Flo Logic device several years ago following a small water damage loss. I did not want to go through that hassle of repair again.

It was easy for my plumber to install. Occasionally I have had a question on how to fix or reset something and have called them and they have been great in helping me out. I love this device.

I've had a FloLogic unit installed for several years, and it's an excellent product. Installed easily, instructions are clear and complete, and the product does what it says it will. No problems whatsoever.

The company has been good to work with and the product is excellent. My only problem has been getting it adjusted for "Away" and I often get alarms for no obvious reason. Otherwise, it provides security as advertised.

In spite of endless set up attempts and earnest support and replacements from flologic, my system never worked correctly. This was 9 years ago and my need was for having a method to turn water on and off in a vacation home without going down into a snow barricaded crawl space in addition to preventing water flow if there was a break in the water system. Sorry

I have 2 residences with FloLogic. I bypassed the irrigation system in on (at great cost to run power to the sprinkler system from the bypass device). It has never worked. We get false shut offs regularly on both systems. It would be great to have smart phone access to the systems.

This product performs flawlessly. My wife works for ServPro and has been inundated with cleanup jobs from broken water pipes this winter. If every house and business had a Flologic, it would have significantly reduced the amount of damage and disruption to peoples lives.

Expensive but worth the peace of mind.

Flologic has been and amazing asset in providing peace of mind after I had a flood (from a washer hose bursting) 5 years ago. It's worked like a charm and never any trouble with it. Great customer service too! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to safeguard their home from costly internal water damage.

I have had toilets which continued to run and one leak where a pvc fitting failed. The Flo-Magic system worked every time with NO damage to my home. I installed the system after seeing the damage and conducting emergency water restoration services in houses and businesses . I did not want such damage to my home.

Bottom line, I would recommend these wheels to anyone! It is important to remain skeptical until real testing is done. I now have a couple hundred miles on these wheels and they do everything as advertised.

Installed Flologic in 2010. It is an incredible product as it detects any water usage out of the ordinary. The software that controls the product is impressive as to how it controls water flow.
