system not working-- it wont co0nnect and i have run the water around system as it shuts water off within a minute when not connected-- qould love a knowlegeable tecjh rep to come pout and trouble shoot

Although installed, I don't know how to properly use the system. The tutorial was not helpful. I called the plumber and amnstill waiting for one of their people to get in touch to set up a time to work with me.

While I initially thought our FloLogic system would be troublesome, we have found its notifications only occurring when there is a problem. One of our toilets got stuck running and the FloLogic let us know. Saved us a lot of water usage money.....worth its cost.

I like how easy Flologic has been and it's brought some accountability to cleaners that are working on the house when I'm not there. I'm disappointed I can't see how much water has been used over a a day, week or month. I was surprised there was no usage information.

Product performs as advertised. Quality material used. It'll take some dialing in the sensitivity after the initial set up so it doesn't keep shutting off the water. Once you've dialed in the appropriate settings, it works wonderfully.

Would appreciate some analytical tools in future updates, but it's great as is.

Flologic’s website should have a big warning ⚠️ Do not buy this without consulting a plumber and electrician. Their restocking fee is also absurd for unopened devices…. considering shipping is also paid by the customer.

Joey was extremly helpful. I was not able to access the app, the FloLogic was offline and wasn't getting power. He took the time to help me resolve all issues. He is the best customer service rep I have interacted with in a very long time!

Without question, FloLogic has the best customer support team of any business I have ever interacted with. The representatives are uniformly courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and readily available. Unlike many businesses that severely reduced customer service following COVID, FloLogic clearly has made an affirmative decision to distinguish itself from its competitors based on its service. From the perspective of a homeowner who has had a FloLogic valve for almost 8 years now, I can say that this strategy has been extremely successful. I would like to thank the entire customer service team at FloLogic.

I installed a 1" FloLogic leak sensor valve about 18 months ago, and added the Connect module and the internet Gateway. I love it. The ability to monitor flow rates has given me visibility into my own water consumption, specifically including visibility into the (in-)efficiency of my reverse-osmosis filter, leading me to addition of a permeate pump on the R-O. It has caught a number of leaks such as a flowing toilet and a running hose bib, allowing me to fix the problems. I love it and will help my kids install them when they are ready.
