Great company with great prices on rubber flooring

UPDATE: Following this review, an Escalation Specialist reached out and provided a full refund. I appreciate the company's willingness to stand behind their service when a technical error occurs.

I experienced multiple website crashes during checkout. The system incorrectly processed 24 tiles as 'Corners' instead of 'Centers.' Despite Flooring Inc. admitting in writing that they 'understand I experienced a system issue or glitch,' they refused to help.
They first promised an RMA, then backtracked, claiming these rubber tiles are 'non-returnable accessories.' They essentially told me I should have canceled the order before it shipped—impossible when the website glitch also affected the confirmation visibility. Now I am stuck with $396 of incorrect product and zero support. If their website crashes while you are buying, YOU will be the one paying for their technical failures. Buy from Amazon or a company with a functional checkout system instead.

I wasn't necessarily planning to buy from these guys but they made it so easy I ultimately decided to go with them. From offering free (truly free....no shipping) samples to help make my choice, to the actual personalized service with quotes and questions answered along the way, this place exceeded my expectations. I haven't received the product yet, so I'll update my review accordingly if anything goes south there, but so far, so good! (Thanks Haez!)

Excellent customer service

Placed my order on Jan 28 for a quick ship product. Call in to make sure it was available and was able to be shipped in time for my usage. Paid a lot to have shipped 25% of the entire order in freight to make sure I get the product in time. I was told it would ship between 29th Jan and the 2nd Feb. I called everyday not to have a return call finally on the 5th I waited for 3 hours on both the phone and their on line help center with contacting a live agent. Their live agent could not get me an answer on the status for over 7 hours. Finally I called like I was a new client , go someone to answer and they said the order was not processed yet. No way I can get this by the 6th which is what was requested, since they did not even look at my order till late on the 5th. My usage is for the 7th and 8th. I missed my need due to the lake of performance. I deserve a discount on the extra freight due to them not shipping as promised. Does mot matter if the product is good or bad if they never send it.
Extremely disappointed

I ordered garage tiles and one of the boxes arrived with some damage. I reached out to customer service and they sent out a replacement after seeing a picture of the box.

They also let me keep the damaged tiles, which actually worked out since I was able to cut off the broken tabs and use those pieces where cuts were needed anyway. Everything turned out great and five stars for making it right.
