There are plenty of styles on the website without it feeling difficult to browse. I found a few pieces that work for everyday wear as well as going out. The quality of the item I ordered was good and the stitching looked neat when it arrived.

It’s not worth bothering with this site… the fabrics are trash, absolutely terrible… nothing like the photos… no response regarding a refund… shop somewhere else, because you’re just wasting your time and money.

The fabric feels really nice and the fit was just what I expected from the photos. It has already become one of those pieces I reach for often.

Absolutely appalling product quality and customer service.

The dress I received was completely different from what was advertised online in terms of quality, colour, design and fit. When I attempted to return the item under the advertised free 30-day return policy, I was told that a return was not possible because their returns facility is located in Asia.

The business presents itself as being based in Melbourne, Australia, yet its returns process is handled overseas. This lack of transparency is extremely misleading and raises serious concerns about the company’s business practices.

After two attempts to resolve the issue, the only offers I received were a measly 15% refund or a 20% discount on a future purchase. These offers were insulting and completely unacceptable given how significantly the product differed from its online description.

Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. The product was nowhere near the standard advertised, and the customer service was equally unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against purchasing from this business.

As other users have stated, this company is not in Melbourne. I placed an order on 24/9/2026 and have still not received it.

For a start the company is not in Melbourne... 20 day delivery from China. I stupidly paid $50+ per top and have since found the same thing for $12... and once received the quality is very average. The 'sparkle' is not sparkle at all, just fake colours in the material. The dont look lovely and soft floral at all like the pics, more pyjama like. I donated immediately.

These products are very poorly made. "No Quality" to the clothing I purchased. Made in backyard Asia and use international postage costs excuse to not start full refunds.
Very much a dodgy backyard type business. Aust Govt ACCC standards have compltely dropped allowing this business to trade. No Stars at all.

Excellent quality from the moment I opened the package. Everything was packed nicely and delivered without any issues. I had a question before ordering and received a fast and helpful response..satisfied with the service!

Florencia Melbourne has absolutely nothing to do with Melbourne, items shipped directly out of China totally misleading.

Quality of the item received poor to below average. Cheap and nasty in quality.

I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone and fall into the same trap as I did thinking it was a Melbourne based company. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering.

Terrible quality and defective product, not as advertised. Pretends to be Australian based but ships from China and takes >2 weeks.
Tried to get a refund and they initially only offer 15% of the value. Otherwise u have to send the product back to China at your own expense. For a faulty and defective product!

Stay away from this shop. They have also renamed from Fioravella which has similiarly terrible reviews. I wish I had checked this properly before purchasing.

I bought the vest in Aug 2026. When I received the item, the size was much smaller than their guide. There is no brand label or size tag on it; so I requested a refund, but they offered a 15% discount instead. I didn't want to have a vest without a size tag or brand label, so I want proper clothing, not a discount. It was a bad choice. I wouldn't recommend clothes from this company. The Company website is confusingly designed. Their collections are listed as Hugo, Kelvin, or Ralph, which is deceptive.

Long delivery time. Poor quality materials. Untrue colour and fit to website. Am currently trying to get a perfectly reasonable refund with limited success. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Called ‘Florencia Melbourne’ but that is a lie. Tracking shows my handbag is on the way from China. No way I would have spent this much money on a handbag from China if I would have known. Misleading. Who knows if it’ll even arrive - it’s been 2+ weeks!

Absolute piece of crap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! The reviews on the website are all fake. I ordered a dress for AUD$80 and it honestly not even worth $5. Make sure you read their return policy as it’s really bad.

Picked up a shirt from Florencia Melbourne and the quality is actually solid. The fit is good, just a bit tighter on the shoulders than I expected. Delivery was a little slow, but the item came in perfect condition. Overall, a good buy.

my linen blouse turned out really lovely the delivery was really smooth and it exactly looks like the pictures it feels light and the stitching is also clean and fits me nicely on my shoulders

I found this store by chance when I was looking for something different to wear to an event. I was honestly impressed. The outfit fit perfectly. It turned a simple purchase into a really nice experience.

I bought a suit for my sister’s weding from them. They delivered it in time but it was dirty. 4 stars from me.

The color is slightly different than my monitor showed, more of a charcoal than a deep black. Still, it fits Okay and the fabric is decent enough for work.
