THIS COMPANY LOST THE PACKAGE THAT WAS GIVEN TO THEM FOR DELIVERY BY MERCHANT FLAVCITY. THEY ARE UNREACHABLE BY PHONE FOR ASSISTANCE. THEY HAVE ZERO TRACKING DETAIL ON THEIR AIRBILL AND THE MERCHANT ALSO WON'T RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCFE.

Great customer service and fast order processing times

We've had great experience using the Flowspace platform. The FS team has been great about getting back with us whenever there has been a shipping error in getting products to our customers. The only thing that could use a little improvement is the Flowspace Transportation option. We've had a few communication issues when using Flowspace to pickup our products and delivery them to the warehouse. The pickup driver was sent to the wrong address multiple times. Other than that, everything has been great so far!

Great fulfillment partner to scale in the US. Xavier and Anthony have been super helpful during the onboarding and project launches.

Flowspace's easy interface and platform make it monumental for startups in the consumer goods space. The amazing team at Flowspace help guide you through setup to even anticipating your requirements/needs ahead of time has been a godsend. Seth Horton in particular who helped us with setup was immensely helpful by really caring about our business.

My company and I are new to Flowspace and their team is awesome! Anthony Valdez is a great asset to the Flowspace team. I really appreciate how quickly he responds to all of our questions and he is always happy to get on a phone call/zoom meeting to provide any clarification. As someone who isn't what one would consider "tech savvy", Flowspace is an easy to use platform for everyone. My favorite aspect is having an account manager for any immediate needs. We have a new account manager (Steve Kim) and if you have an urgent matter, he's there within minutes to help thwart the issue.

We've used multiple companies for warehousing and fulfilment over the years and none of them came close to FlowSpace. Our account manager Steve Kim has been a game changer for us. He's extremely easy to get in touch with and efficient at answering any questions we may have. Our warehouses have been great with inventory management and fulfilling orders, and their backend platform runs very smoothly.
