The roses were not delivered Maha . Can the amount be returned to my account?

Honestly the application is beautiful and wonderful and very easy and the prices are good and the preparation of gifts is beautiful and the employee is very classy and the speed and accuracy of delivery are excellent

Good communication and you thank you for paying attention to details.

No body mention to me the gift will not arrived if the receiver doesn’t gives his location with in time limit
So the gift was late because of this
And when I call the support they didn’t help me even since I call them from 8am

This was ordered for a specific date they took 4 working days to deliver when I paid extra for next day delivery. Which they refused to refund.

Stating ilford was outside of london they even got the address wrong on the order and placed Hackney. Their customer service is an appalling sending me random responses and not even addressing my questions.

They couldnt even find the address and wanted me to send google map locations. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Great service, understandable, very informative. Helpful. Just need a a more options on time slots to deliver flowers instead of just one time slot. Love the flowers

The delivery took waaay longer than I expected, I wanted it to arrive before the occasion in one day ended up being delivered on the day of the occasion, even if the recipient was busy all day there’s ways were they can choose time slots that suits them.

I placed my order 15th of Jan in the morning got delivered 16th of Jan afternoon.

Bad experience

Very unprofessional. Delivery made 2 weeks later. The box is tiered and the cake is in mess. I am happy to provide photos if needed. Not recommended at all. Very bad communication with the costumer services. Please avoid using them.

I was sent what looked to be beautiful bouquet of roses and hydrangea. It arrived on the Wednesday by Sunday the hydrangea had completely wilted. The roses gave up on the Monday. I sent an email to Floward with a photo and didn’t receive a reply. So the following week I got in touch via WhatsApp. I could not believe their response - they expect the flowers to last 2-3 days. Really Floward, when you have charged £135 I think it’s a complete disgrace! And yes I did trim the stems on arrival and used the flower food provided

Very bad the flowers was delivered 3 days afterr the chosen date.

The worst and scam Floward. They use to keep on repeating to their customers with bad and disgusting service. Collecting money without sending the gifts and not following the time slot as customers request. Do not try and don’t to be avictim if your read the reviews. How come the agent keep on saying check their policy if they fool their customer. The order was book 3days before the delivery and message was attached upon ordering the flowers. The day of delivery I contacted via whataspp to follow up my order but still my order wasn't delivered to the recipient until the time was over. The time slot supposed to be the flowers should deliver to recipient the customer agent contacted me that my message was too long but they dont considered to contact earlier from whatsapp during my inquiry. The flowers wasnt delivered and I should cancelled the time was over supposed to be the recipient should recieve. And the worst than the worst they dont want my money back with full amount they insist to collect the 50%...whattttt???? With their worst and disgusting service they can afford to collect money...it is kind of milking goat their business😩😩😩😩😩
