Ordered the night before and was delivered well within expectations the next day. Seller was incredibly communicative on any adjustments needed to be made as well. Beautiful flowers and a delicious basque cheesecake. Reliable and of quality - would definitely recommend!

I’ve been using Flower Chimp for years as my go-to florist in Malaysia — even though I live all the way in California. Most local florists don’t accept international credit cards, so the fact that Flower Chimp does makes ordering from abroad incredibly convenient. Their flower selections are always beautiful, reliable, and delivered right on time — which gives me peace of mind when sending something special to my mom.
Last Mother’s Day, the bouquet my mom received was a bit underwhelming — the colors were not the same as on the website and it lacked the usual fullness with fewer flowers than expected. I reached out to customer service and was immediately assisted by Izawati, who was polite, empathetic, and truly helpful. That kind of service is rare, and it’s what keeps me coming back.
