They responded quickly because I had entered a wrong shipping address. I would like to commend Bea for her quick and friendly response.

Customer service was great. Answered my questions. I am a bit bothered with the time of delivery, they should add specific time, not just range and they should include if the rider can just leave at the lobby when delivering flowers.

Bea was prompt in advising me that the first attempt to deliver my order was not successful due to the delivery man's inability to contact the receiver. After providing an alternative contact number, my order was re-delivered without extra charge. My cousin loved the Fruit flower basket I sent for her birthday. She said they were fresh. I have sent flowers to friends and family for different occasions in the past through Flowerchimp and they haven't failed to bring joy to the receiviers.

This shop got amazing arrangements , even the customer service Bea was very helpful and understanding despite the problem I had with an order and They fixed it right away. However I have a point regarding the extra chocolate or any item that can be added to the arrangement which cannot be done separately, hopefully in the near future they can fix this so someone can order any item seperatly from the bouquet.
