Easy transaction and The products are always in excellent condition.

The flowers and arrangements are classy and elegant, however their delivery periods can get so late. In one of my deliveries they delivered 5minutes past the agreed period. It would have been ok but it was delivered at 11:05PM. Much too late in the evening. Their deliveries should be only until 10pm for the delivery slot option of 8pm to 11pm.

Their team was responsive and organized. It made the transaction and delivery of products / services seamless and effortless.

Rude, unhelpful, and zero accountability
When my order arrived late and in terrible condition, I reached out to their customer support. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, I was met with dismissive, rude responses. They blamed “the courier” and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional service — they clearly don’t value customers at all.

I placed my order at 11:00 AM, expecting that a 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM window would be more than enough time for a mid-day delivery. Instead, the driver showed up at the very last possible minute (3:45 PM). While they might technically be 'within the window,' it is completely unacceptable to make a customer wait nearly 5 hours for an early morning order. There is zero efficiency here. Will not be ordering again.

Every order was well-organized, and the flower arrangements were beautifully done. The presentation was neat and consistent, and the overall quality met expectations.

The items were neatly packed and the cake was in great condition. Just the teddy bear has one hole that needs stiching. Maybe the stuff toy should be checked prior packing. Also delivery was beyond the time range requested. Overall I am satisfied with the pdt and service.
