I have been buying flowers cakes and more from this company and affiliates for over a year and I always have a good experience! Payment is easy, they offer regular discounts, andthe few times there has been a mistake with the order the customer service team has been very prompt and efficient with resolving any issues. Excellent service that values quality and their customers!

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I ordered a Father’s Day surprise last June 21,2026 , but wrong items were delivered.
Customer service acknowledged the mistake and promised pickup and redelivery of the correct items. However, after several follow-ups, nothing was properly resolved. The wrong items were not picked up, the correct order was not delivered and communication became poor after they already promised a solution.
What made it worse is the feeling that once the order was paid and delivered incorrectly, the customer was no longer valued. It felt like the business was only focused on taking orders, but had no real care or accountability when something went wrong.
Mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers and failing to follow through after a confirmed error is unacceptable. This experience was really disappointing and showed very poor customer service!!

I really love their Flowers. My best experience is when my Girlfriend surprised me Citrus Groove last July 2025. Now I Surprised her with Delicate Dream for Our 1st Anniversary.

All I can say is they have a good service and delivery is always on time. The flowers is Super!

Me and my wife don’t celebrate much of our birthday’s. We do, however, make the most of it if ans when we have the chance. I buy my wife flowers on special occasions. While I’m not there physically to buy it and give it to her, I fond ways. So having this kind of service is great. You can set the date, pick the gifts, pay and let them handle it from there. It’s very affordable too. Appreciated and recommended.
