Flowers took nearly 2 weeks to get delivered. The recipient needed to be contacted so gift was not a surprise. Multiple robotic communications back & forth to sort the delivery & very expensive flowers for a small bouquet. So disappointing when trying to do a nice gesture for family when sending condolences.

Terrible experience from Flower Chimp I won't be ever ordering from that company ever again. What a joke of a company. For starters they didn't turn up with the delivery on time and they actually went to the wrong place to start also. I asked for a full refund because I paid over £215 pounds in English money and it cost 17252 peso's in the Philippines so I been overcharged because that is just under £208 but flower chimp took over £215 in English pounds and charged to my card. Also I am very upset because I used them a few times and on each occasion no problems until today Tuesday 29th September 2026. Flower Chimp are trying to refuse to give me a full refund when my girlfriend didn't even get the delivery at all. So why should I pay for a service they couldn't keep to. I now have to contact my bank to get them to recall my money because flower chimp are trying to refuse to pay me a full refund when they didn't even delivery a service they promised to deliver by today. They didn't keep to there time and they eventually went to the wrong place also. So in my opinion it's there mistake and there driver's mistake. Flower Chimp have lost a customer in me and how they try to refuse to give a full refund when they didn't deliver on time and didn't even get to my girlfriend at all is a joke. Stay away from flower chimp people.

Bea went above and beyond to answer all my questions and get in touch with the partnering florist to not only correct my order, but get it a new shipping date.

great attention to detail

I have been trying to send flowers to my boyfriend for days when i finally discovered Flowerchimp through google maps. The flowers and their reviews were amazing, so i wanted to order some for my boyfriend. I messaged them on Whatsapp and miss Sara assisted me flawlessly, thanks to her i was able to place my order and handle a complicated procedure with ease. Absolutely amazing customer service, thanks Sara!

It's very hard to order bundles if they are for outside metro manila. cakes and simple balloons should be available also in provinces as near as Bulacan. The cakes are not even imported. Cakes are only from a local store which is available in almost all parts of the country but they will only deliver in Metro Manila. Very frustrating.

Amazing service

Their customer support is 5 stars, but the issue is sometimes the flowers shown on their website won't be available in colors as they show due to seasonality, so make sure before you order from them to ask them whether it's available or not, that's why I gave 4 stars

So I had to change the delivery address because the recipient will not be home on the date of delivery. I sent an email inquiring on how to go about it. They were prompt and eager to help. The delivery address was changed so easily. A big thank you to Merry for all your help.

Really happy with the way the bouquet turned out. It was delivered on time and in great condition. Also happy that I was able to be connected to chat with Sara to confirm delivery today and see the bouquet before it shipped.
