Make 'em brighter
We asked for bright colors in the arrangement we had sent, and they were pretty, but not as brightly colored as we wanted. The recipient was quite pleased, so we can attribute our difference as U.S. vs. English ideas of brightness.

Lovely service
Apparently the flowers were lovely and Nightingale Flowers called me to apologise for the card being dropped in the van. They offered to call my client to pass on the message instead. Much appreciated!

Sorry to hear you were disappointed. We tried to call you to discuss and left a message but haven't heard back from you.
We put a lot of care and effort into making sure our customers get the best possible value. We calculate the cost of every bouquet very carefully. Flower prices like everything go up and down a so can sometimes seem expensive for reasons beyond our control. I do remember the bouquet you ordered and it was spectacular, we even used it on our social media so I am disappointed that you weren't happy.

Ordered flowers on the website and picked them up later the same day. Received a beautiful and unusual bouquet - so much nicer than anything I could buy at a supermarket - they may be a bit more expensive, but are definitely worth every penny, and the friendly and helpful staff made it a much nicer experience. I'll definitely buy here again.

I live in Scotland and ordered flowers as a gift for my Mum. The flowers arrived in great conditions after transport, and lasted much longer than lower quality supermarket flowers. My Mum was very happy with them and found the arrangement very striking and unique. Definitely recomend them.
