Wonderful product

Very easy to select, personalise and organise, from the flowers to the great range of multiple delivery options available.

Beautiful selection of flowers bringing joy to the recipient and giving comfort to me knowing they were excellent quality.

I ordered flowers in advance to be delivered to my home for my wedding anniversary. On the day of delivery, the tracking link showed no updates. After contacting the courier, I was told they never received the physical parcel. When I contacted Flowers Direct, I was told the order was "misdirected to a wrong depot."

Because they are based in Dublin, they were unable to offer a same-day replacement, meaning I was left with no flowers on my anniversary. While the customer service agent (Alyssa) was polite and apologetic, the logistics were a total failure. If you are ordering for a time-sensitive, special occasion, I would be very cautious.

Flowers were delivered to the right place and on time. They looked lovely and there was no fuss getting them there. Good value and easy to send a message with them, which wasn't the case when I looked in another company.

I had a wonderful experience with this flower shop. From the moment I contacted them to place my order, they were incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. I had many questions because I was preparing flowers for my daughter’s graduation ceremony, and the arrangements had to be delivered directly to the hotel instead of to me. I was also unsure whether the flowers would stay fresh for the early start the next morning.

Despite all these concerns, they handled everything beautifully. Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly and helped me solve every issue without any hesitation. The flowers themselves were stunning—fresh, vibrant, and arranged with great care. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality. Among all the florists I’ve tried, their flowers were definitely the most beautiful.

I highly recommend this flower shop. Their service, professionalism, and quality truly stand out.

We received four white roses and two white hydrangea blooms in a nice box arrangement but they went gray and wrinkly within two days. Very disappointed.

Dreadful the flower colours were mismatched! Flowers should bring joy - these just brought dissatisfaction!

mi sono trovata benissimo, sono italiana ho spedito dei fiori e dei cioccolatini a Dublino, tutto è stato recapitato puntuale e con la massima cura, i fiori e i cioccolatini corrispondenti alle immagini. I fiori e il cestino anche più belli della foto presente sul sito, massima cura anche nel biglietto. Inoltre prima della consegna hanno scritto per avere ulteriori delucidazioni circa il mio ordine , consiglio assolutamente, ottima esperienza, paola

Excellent service and a beautiful bouquet of tulips together with a suitable vase. They responded immediately to an email changing the delivery address. Would definitely use FlowersDirect.ie again.
